Analisis pengunaan sistem informasi Direktorat Jendral Pajak di KPP Pratama dengan menggunakan modal

Direktorat Jenderal Pajak (DJP) saat ini sedang melakukan reformasi di sistem administrasinya. Salah satu hal yang berusaha diperbaiki oleh DJP adalah sistem informasi yaitu digunakannya SIDJP. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji faktor-faktor apa saja yang mempengaruhi keberhasilan implementasi SIDJP dengan cara mengukur kepuasan penggunaan SIDJP dan intensitas penggunaan SIDJP oleh pegawai pajak, apakah kepuasan pengguna dan lama penggunaan SIDJP akan berpengaruh terhadap terhadap performa individu (pemakai) dalam menyelesaikan pekerjaannya? Serta mengukur keberhasilan implementasi SIDJP dengan melihat dampak penggunaan SIDJP terhadap performa organisasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan model kesuksesan sistem informasi Delone McLean untuk menguji faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi keberhasilan penerapan SIDJP. Pengujian kembali model menggunakan structural equation modeling- SEM dengan tujuan mendapatkan bukti empiris mengenai keefektifan model yang diajukan. Analisis data mengunakan SmartPLS 2.0 yang diperoleh dari www.smartpls.de. Responden dari penelitian ini adalah pegawai DJP KPP Pratama Salatiga yang menggunakan SIDJP. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kualitas sistem dan kualitas informasi berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan pemakai tetapi tidak signifikan terhadap pemakaian nyata. Serta kepuasan pemakai berpengaruh signifikan terhadap dampak individu, dan dampak individu berpengaruh terhadap dampak organisasi. Tetapi pemakaian nyata berpengaruh tidak signifikan terhadap dampak individu. Oleh karena itu DJP harus selalu meningkatkan kualitas sistem dan informasi dari SIDJP agar performa organisasi dapat meningkat.

Direktorat Jenderal Pajak (DJP) is now doing reformation in administration system. One thing that is tried to be improved by DJP is information system which is the use of SIDJP. The purpose of this research is to test the factors which influence the successful of SIDJP implementation by measuring satisfaction of using SIDJP and intensity of using SIDJP by the employee, is the satisfaction of using SIDJP and the time of using will influence individual performance in completing their tasks ? and also measuring the successful of SIDJP implementation by looking at the effect of using SIDJP towards organization performance. This research use successful information sistem model of Delone McLean to test the factors which influence the successful of SIDJP implementation. The retest model use structural equation model –SEM in order to get empirical evidence about the effectiveness of proposed model. Data analysis use SmartPLS 2.0 which is taken from www.smartpls.de. Respondents in this research are the employee of DJJ KPP Pratama Salatiga who use SIDJP. The result of this research shows that system quality and information quality influence user satisfaction but it does not have significant effect to real use. User satisfaction influence the individual effect significantly and individual effect will influence organization effect. However, real using will not significantly influence individual effect, that’s why DJP must improve the quality of system and quality of information of SIDJP in order to improve organization performance.
