Pelatihan asertif untuk korban bullying pada siswa sekolah dasar

Bully victims usually find the difficulties to give a good response to bully situation. It may cause them to be targeted repeatedly. This present study evaluates the effect of assertive training for bullying victims with a sample of 38 students aged 9-11 years from two different schools. The experiment group received the assertive training and control group received hand-made activity. The assertive training consisted of role play that helps students to cope with bullying situations. The effectiveness of intervention was evaluated by using an experimental design with pre-test, post-test and follow-up analyses. Students received self report of bullying questionnaire and assertive scale for bullying victim. Data from both groups were analyzed by anova repeated-measure. Result showed that assertive training for bully-victim was effective to reduce the frequencies for being bullied F = 3.882; p < 0.05 with partial eta squared = 0.097
