Penelitian tentang Penerapan Good Corporate Governance Hubungannya Dengan Tugas Direksi Perseroan Terbatas Di Pasar Modal merupakan penelitian yuridis normatif. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah Mengetahui tanggung jawab Direksi Perseroan terbuka di pasar modal dalam kerangka Good Corporate Governance. Mengetahui penerapan Good Corporate Governance terhadap Perseroan terbuka di pasar modal. Data sekunder yang diperoleh melalui studi kepustakaan didukung data primer dari lapangan selanjutnya dianalisis secara kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Tanggung jawab Direksi Perseroan Terbuka di Pasar Modal dalam kerangka Good Corporate Governance adalah mampu menerapkan konsep disclosure (keterbukaan) kepada publik agar publik dapat memperoleh informasi yang benar mengenai perusahaan dan terhindar dari penyesatan informasi. Penerapan Good Corporate Governance terhadap Perseroan Terbuka di Pasar Modal antara lain sebagai berikut: Pelaksanaan Statement of Corporate Independent (SCI), Adanya sistem Appoinment Statements (AA), Adanya Sistem Remunerasi berdasarkan Kinerja, Adanya penerapan GCG dalam peraturan pencatatan efek, Penerapan GCG dalam penyusunan Pedoman Penyajian dan Pengungkapan Laporan Keuangan Emiten.

A research on the The Implementation of Good Corporate Governance Related with The Responsibility of Management of Limited Liability Company in The Stock Exchange is a normative juridical research. The objectives of this research are to know the responsibility of management of public company in the stock market in the frame of Good Corporate Governance and to know the implementation of Good Corporate Governance to the public company in the stock market. The secondary data gotten through the library research are supported by the primary data from the field, then they are analyzed qualitatively. The result of the research shows that The Responsibility of Management of Public Company in the Stock Market in the frame of Good Corporate Governance is able to implement the disclosure concept to the public in order that the public get the right information about the company and to be avoided from the misleading information. The implementations of Good Corporate Government to the Public Company in the Stock Market are as follow: The Performance of Statement of Corporate Independent (SCI), the existence of Appointment Statement (AA) system, the existence of Performance-Based Remuneration System, the existence of the implementation of GCG in the regulation of stock recording, the implementation of GCG in the arrangement of the Guide of Presentation and Revelation of Emitter Financial Statement.
