The research about implementation of CSR in Indonesia, according to Law No. 40 Year of 2007 about the Limited Company, Law No. 25 Year of 2007 about the investment and the Internasional Law. This research attempts to find out the principles, aspect and application of CSR based on Indonesian Law (Law No. 40 Year of 2007 and Law No.25 Year of 2007) and Internasional Law. This research based on literary research in order to get secondary data in CSR law aspects and also field research to complete it. The data from those research will be analyzed and organized systematically. This method is applied by observing the facts of CSR in ExxonMobil Oil Corporation. The international CSR principles and aspects according to the International Law and Indonesian Law according to Law No. 40 Year of 2007 articels 74 and Law No.25 Year of 2007 articels 15 poin b is applied by ExxonMobil Oil Corporation.
