Kendali suhu dengan logika fuzzi dan rekam medis pasien pada terapi hipertermia berbasis Delphi

Terapi hipertermia memerlukan suatu sistem kendali agar dapat mempertahankan suhu 43°C selama 45 menit. Kendali logika fuzzi menggunakan pendekatan matematis yang lebih sederhana dibanding dengan kendali konvensional. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah: (1) Membuktikan bahwa dengan menggunakan kendali logika fuzzi dapat menekan overshoot serta osilasi yang dapat ditoleransi; (2) Membangun sistem rekam medis pasien untuk terapi hipertermia. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tiga tahap, yaitu: (1) Merancang sistem kendali fuzzi dan merancang sistem rekam medis pasien; (2) Membangun sistem terapi secara keseluruhan; (3) Pengujian sistem. Hasil yang diperoleh dari penelitian menunjukan bahwa suhu 43°C dapat dipertahankan konstan selama 45 menit dengan waktu bangkit 8 menit 55 detik, overshoot di bawah 1% dan tingkat osilasi di bawah 2% dengan periode siklus kerja 12 detik. Hasil penggunaan rekam medis pasien menunjukan bahwa perkembangan pasien selama terapi dapat dipantau.

The hyperthermia therapy required a control system that can maintain the temperature stay at 43°C for 45 minutes. Fuzzy logic controller applies a simpler mathematical approach than the conventional one. The aims of this research are (1) to prove that by using fuzzy logic controller it can depress overshoot and tolerated oscillation; (2) to develop a medical record system for hyperthermia therapy. This research is conducted in three phases, they are: (1) Designing fuzzy logic control system and designing medical record for hyperthermia therapy; (2) developing a whole system of therapy; (3) Testing the system. The result of research shows that the temperature at 43°C can be kept constant for 45 minutes with the rise time of 8 minutes 55 seconds, the overshoot is under 1% and the level of oscillation is under 2% with duty cycle period is 12 seconds. The use of medical record shows that the condition of patient during therapy can be monitored.
