Pabrik kelapa sawit (PKS) suatu industri pengolahan minyak sawit (CPO) dan inti sawit (Kernal) yang merupakan produk barang setengah jadi. Industri kelapa sawitan saat ini berkembang pesat sejalan dengan semakin banyaknya CPO dan Kernal beserta turunannya. Akibat dari persaingan yang begitu ketat dewasa ini di butuhkan penanganan industri PKS sefesien dan seefektif mungkin. Salah satu faktor yang paling dominan di dalam pengolahan industri PKS adalah ketersediaan bahan baku olah yaitu tandan buah segar (TBS). Persaingan yang cukup ketat ditambah tumbuhnya PKS Swasta tanpa lahan (Kebun) mengakibatkan PKS PTP Nusantara III se Distrik Labuhan Batu II (DLAB 2) disekitar lahan tersebut kekurangan TBS sehingga pengoperasiannya tidak efisien lagi sebagai akibat replanting besar-besaran di kebun PTP Nusantara III Se DLAB 2. Untuk itu berbagai upaya dilakukan untuk merekrut TBS pihak ke-3 dan plasma di sekitar PKS PTPN III se DLAB 2. Kepercayaan dan kewenangan yang diberikan dari Kantor Direksi dan ke DLAB 2 telah dapat membuahkan hasil dimana sebagian besar TBS dapat terpenuhi walaupun persentasenya belum maksimal, tapi upaya terus dilakukan oleh PKS PTP III se DLAB 2 agar pabrik dapat beroperasi semaksimal mungkin.

Palm Oil Mill (POM) is an industry which processes the Crude Palm Oil (CPO) and Kernel Palm Oil (KPO) is partial finish bunch product. At present, Palm Oil Industry grows as much CPO and Kernel follow by its descendant. The problem is in this generation full of competitive which POM need to handle efficiency and effectively. One of the factors which are the most dominant in process POM industry is preparation of bunches procession; that is Fruit Fresh Bunches (FFB). The competitive which tight enough plus its grow small holding POM state is the problem POM PTPN III, District Labuhan Batu II (DLAB 2) around that state and less FFB so that its process become not efficient again as huge replanting problem in PTP III estate District Labuhan Batu II. For that many ways to do to take FFB side to 3 and Nucleus Estate Small Holders around POM state DLAB 2. Trust and will which has been given from Head Office and to DLAB 2 already get finish fruit where large partial of FFB can fill full although its percentage is not maximal yet, but many way did by POM PTP III state DLAB 2 so that the fabric can process as much as possible.
