Analisis keinginan mahasiswa Yogyakarta membeli secara sadar software bajakan

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji keinginan mahasiswa Yogyakarta membeli software bajakan. Peneliti memfokuskan pada pembeli yang sadar bahwa telah membeli software bajakan (non deceptive counterfeit). Terdapat beberapa variabel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini, antara lain: sikap patuh hukum, sikap terhadap pembelian produk bajakan, harapan kinerja produk, status konsumsi (variabel bebas) dan keinginan membeli software bajakan (variabel terikat). Penelitian ini terdiri dari beberapa hipotesis: sikap patuh hukum berhubungan negatif pada keinginan konsumen membeli software bajakan, sikap terhadap pembelian produk bajakan berhubungan negatif pada keinginan konsumen membeli software bajakan, harapan kinerja software bajakan berhubungan positif pada keinginan konsumen membeli software bajakan, status konsumsi berhubungan negatif pada keinginan konsumen membeli software bajakan. Peneliti hanya berhasil membuktikan satu hipotesis yang dinyatakan di atas, yaitu harapan kinerja software bajakan berhubungan positif pada keinginan konsume n membeli software bajakan sementara, hipotesis lainnya tidak berhasil dibuktikan oleh peneliti.

This research aim to determine Yogyakarta students software piracy. There were several variables using intentions to purchase for this study; attitude toward lawfulness, attitude toward the legality of purchasing, product performance expectations, status consumption (independents variables) intention to purchase counterfeit products (dependents variables). Researcher selected software as object of this research. This research comprises of several hypothesizes: That consumers willingness to purchase counterfeit products is negatively related to attitude toward lawfulness, That consumers willingness to purchase counterfeit products is negatively related to attitude toward the legality of purchasing, That consumers willingness to purchase counterfeit products is positively related to products performance expectations, and That consumers willingness to purchase counterfeit products is negatively related to status consumption. Researcher can only prove one hypothesizes which state above. Researcher only prove that consumers willingness to purchase counterfeit products is positively related to products performance expectations while the rest can not prove by researcher.
