Analisis produktivitas dan keuntungan pada usaha tani pisang Beranga Kelimutu di Kabupaten Ende

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk : (1) mengetahui perbedaan pendapatan petani yang melakukan budidaya Pisang Beranga Kelimutu (PBK) di Kabupaten Ende dengan pola usahatani yang berbeda, (2) mengetahui faktor-faktor produksi yang mempengaruhi produksi PBK di Kabupaten Ende dalam pola usahatani yang berbeda, (3) mengetahui pengaruh harga faktor-faktor produksi terhadap keuntungan petani dalam budidaya PBK di Kabupaten Ende, dan (4) mengetahui efisiensi penggunaan faktor produksi dalam usahatani PBK di Kabupaten Ende. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa rata-rata pendapatan per are dan per usahatani PBK dari petani yang menggunakan pola 1 (PBK + kelapa-kakao) lebih tinggi daripada petani yang menggunakan pola 2 (PBK + kopi-cengkeh + sayuran). Rata-rata pendapatan per are dari petani PBK dan tanaman campuran yang menggunakan pola 1 (PBK + kelapa-kakao) tidak berbeda dengan pola 2 (PBK + kopi-cengkeh + sayuran). Di sisi lain rata-rata pendapatan per usahatani Pisang Beranga Kelimutu dan tanaman campuran bagi petani yang menggunakan pola 1 (PBK + kelapa-kakao) memiliki pendapatan yang lebih tinggi daripada pola 2 (PBK + kopi-cengkeh + sayuran). Faktor-faktor produksi yang mempengaruhi produktivitas usahatani PBK dengan pola usahatani yang berbeda di Kabupaten Ende adalah penggunaan bibit dan pengalaman usahatani. Faktor produksi tenaga kerja dan jenis tanaman utama tidak berpengaruh terhadap produktivitas usahatani PBK di Kabupaten Ende. Harga pupuk kandang, harga pupuk NPK, luas lahan dan pola usahatani berpengaruh terhadap keuntungan usahatani PBK. Harga bibit dan upah tenaga kerja tidak berpengaruh terhadap keuntungan usahatani PBK di Kabupaten Ende. Penggunaan faktor produksi bibit pada pola gabungan, pola 1 (PBK + kelapa-kakao) maupun pola 2 (PBK + kopi-cengkeh + sayuran) pada usahatani PBK di Kabupaten Ende belum efisien.

The purposes of this research are: 1). to know the difference between farmer’s income in cultivating Beranga Kelimutu Banana (BKB) and the farmer’s income with other farming patterns; 2). to know the production factors which influence the production of BKB in Ende with other farming patterns; 3). to know the tendency or influence of price of production factors to farmer’s profit in cultivating and conducting BKB in Ende; 4). To know the efficiency in usefull of production factors in farm operation BBK in Ende The result of this research shows that the earnings mean per are and per farming BKB of the farmer who used 1st pattern (BKB + coconut-cocoa) is higher than the farmer who used the 2nd pattern (BKB + coffee-clove + vegetables). The earnings mean, per are, of the BKB farmer who used the 1st pattern is not different with the 2nd pattern. In the other side, the earnings mean, per farming, of BKB farmer who used the 1st pattern is higher than the 2nd pattern. Production factors which influenced the farming productivity (with different farming pattern) are seed usage and farming experience. The production factor of employees or workers and the main crop type didn’t influence to the productivity. The price of manure, NPK, the wide of farm and the farming pattern influenced to the farmer’s profit. The seed price and fee/salary for the employees didn’t influence the profit. Production factor which was used to alliance/mixture pattern, 1st pattern and also 2nd pattern in Ende is not yet efficient.
