Analisis permintaan ekspor kopra dan crude coconut oil Indonesia di pasar dunia

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk Mengetahui daya saing kopra dan crude coconut oil di pasar dunia, mengetahui trend ekspor dari kopra dan Crude Coconut Oil dan mengetahui faktor faktor yang mempengaruhi permintaan ekspor kopra dan Crude Coconut Oi di pasar dunia. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode analisis deskriptif, data yang digunakan adalah data kuantitatif dan kualitatif dengan kategori sumber data sekunder yang berupa data time series dari tahun 1980–2005. Data yang dipergunakan berupa data ekspor impor produk kopra dan CCO, meliputi kuantitas dan harga dengan klasifikasi Indonesia dan dunia, data GDP dan populasi penduduk negara negara pengimpor, nilai tukar dolar Amerika terhadap rupiah dalam rentang waktu penelitian Hasil penelitian menunjukan (1) Indonesia memiliki tingkat daya saing yang cukup tinggi, baik untuk kopra maupun CCO, hal ini berdasarkan pada indikator Indeks RCA Copra dan CCO > 1 .untuk kopra rata-rata 14,440 dan Crude coconut oil 15,9398 yang berarti ekspor kopra dan Crude coconut oil Indonesia memiliki pangsa pasar yang lebih besar dari pangsa pasar rata-rata dunia. Indeks AR untuk crude coconut oil, sebesar 6,4625 dan indeks AR untuk kopra 2775,8 berarti Indonesia memiliki pangsa ekspor yang kuat karena AR >1. Rata-rata ISP untuk kopra 0,5, dan ISP untuk CCO 0,9 berarti Indonesia masuk dalam tahap perluasan ekspor. Dengan demikian Indonesia memiliki daya saing yang kuat dan cenderung menjadi negara pengekspor, (2) permintaan ekspor Crude coconut oil dan kopra Indonesia menunjukan trend positif dan dari sisi harga ekspor menunjukan trend negatif. (3) Faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi permintaan ekspor kopra adalah harga ekspor kopra, harga barang subtitusi (CPO), harga domestik kopra, populasi negara pengimpor, GDP negara pengimpor, nilai tukar dolar AS terhadap rupiah, indeks RCA dan dummy variabel. Faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi permintaan Crude Coconut Oil Indonesia adalah; Harga Ekspor Crude Coconut Oil di pasar dunia, Harga minyak Kedelai, Harga Domestik Crude Coconut Oil, populasi Negara pengimpor, indeks RCA.nilai tukar Dolar AS terhadap rupiah dan variabel dummy. Faktor-faktor yang tidak mempengaruhi adalah harga ekspor minyak sawit.

This research objectives are to analyze factors influencing the export demand of copra and crude coconut oil , to valuate the export trend of copra and crude coconut ol, and to analyze the competitiveness of copra and crude coconut oil in world markets. By descriptive analysis method, the quantitative and qualitative data which are secondary time series data from year 1980-2005, are valuated. The data used are exported and imported data of copra and crude coconut oil products, included the Indonesian world classification of quantity and prices, GDP data, the population of people in importing country and, the currency exchange rate of US dollars to IDR during the sample period. The result indicates that (1) Indonesia have a high competitive advantage for copra and crude coconut oil, based on RCA Indicator index of copra and crude coconut oil > 1. The Average rate index of copra are 14,440 and crude coconut oil 15,9398 which means that Indonesian export for copra and crude coconut oil have high market share compared to the average of world market share . AR index for crude coconut oil is 6,4625 and for copra is 2775,8. it means that Indonesia have strong market segment for export because its value of AR>1. The average of ISP for copra is 0,5 and ISP for crude coconut oil are 0,9 It means that Indonesia are going into export expansion phase.Which means that Indonesia have a competitive advantage and have a tendency to became an exported country. (2) export demand of Indonesian crude coconut oil and copra indicates a positive trend but from export prices side indicates a negative trend. (3) factors that influence the export demand of copra are: export prices of copra, export price of crude palm oil, copra domestic prices, population of importing country, GDP of importing country, currency exchange rate of US dollars to IDR, RCA index and dummy variable. Factors that influences Indonesian crude coconut oil demand are: export prices of crude coconut oil, Soybean oil prices, domestic prices of crude coconut oil, GDP of importing country, currency exchange rate of US dollars to IDR, RCA index and dummy variable. Export price of Palm Oil is not influence the demand function.
