Restorasi ulang mahkota jaket porselin fusi metal dengan pasak fiber pada gigi insisivus sentralis maksila pasca perawatan saluran akar disertai periodontitis kronis

Tujuan laporan kasus ini bertujuan untuk menginformasikan restorasi gigi insisivus sentralis maksila pasca perawatan saluran akar disertai periodontitis kronis dengan restorasi ulang mahkota jaket porselin fusi metal dan pasak fiber . Penderita perempuan us ia 19 tahun dirujuk ke klinik spesialis konservasi gigi RSGM FKG UGM, Gigi insisivus sentralis maksila telah dirawat perawatan saluran akar satu bulan yang lalu. Pada gusi gigi depan atas bengkak, terasa sakit dan sering berdarah. Pada perkusi tidak ada rasa sakit tetapi palpasi terasa sakit. Pembesaran gingiva bagian labial servik gigi 12 sampai 22 meluas ke interdental gigi 11 dan 21. Gingiva berwarna merah, mengkilat dan lunak. Radiograf menunjukkan pengisian saluran akar hermetis, radiolusen di apeks. serta poket supraboni pada interdental gigi 11, 21 . Perawatan dilakukan dengan bedah ENAP. Pada kontrol 1 bulan tidak ada kelainan , perawatan dilanjutkan dengan pemasangan pasak fiber dan mahkota jaket porselin fusi metal. Hasil perawatan setelah 2 minggu menunjukkan bedah ENAP dan restorasi mahkota jaket porselin fusi metal dengan pasak fiber dapat memperbaiki fungsi gigi.

The aim of this case report is to inform the restoration of post endodontic treatment of maxillary central incisor with chronic periodontitic using repair restoration of porcelain fused to metal crown and fiber post. A nine teen years old female patient was reffered to the specialistic Conservative Dentistry Clinic Faculty of Dentistry Gadjah Mada University. Her maxillary central incisor was treated on its root canal treatment a mont h ago. The gingival was surrounding the teeth was inflamed, painful, and bleeding. There was no pain symptom on percussion but there was pain symptom on palpation.. Gingival was in red color, glossy, and soft. X-ray film showed the filling of hermetic canal root and radioluscent on apex. On interdental of tooth 11, 21 and interdental on tooth 11, 12 there were supraboni pockets. The treatment of this case was done ENAP surgery. After 1 month there was no abnormality found at one month control an the tissue began to recover, the treatment was followed by fiber postand porcelain fused to metal preparation Evaluation on 2 weeks of this treatment showed that ENAP surgery followed by fiber post and restoration porcelain fused to metal could improve the forth function of the teeth
