Persepsi stakeholder dalam implementasi desa siaga di Kabupaten Tanjung Jabung Timur Provinsi Jambi

2008 | Tesis | S2 Ilmu Kesehatan MasyarakatLatar Belakang : Program Desa Siaga telah dicanangkan tahun 2006 diseluruh provinsi di indonesia. di Kabupaten Tanjung Jabung Timur telah dibentuk tujuh Desa Siaga, namun yang aktif baru dua Desa Siaga. Aktif dan tidaknya kegiatan Desa Siaga di pengaruhi oleh persepsi stakeholder tentang Desa Siaga Tujuan : Mengetahui persepsi stakeholder tentang implementasi Desa Siaga dan faktor faktor yang berhubungan dengan implementasi desa siaga Metode penelitian : Penelitian analititk dengan rancangan cross sectional dengan metode kuantitatif. Lokasi penelitian di Kabupaten Tanjung Jabung Timur. Subjek penelitian adalah stakeholder di tujuh Desa Siaga yang terdiri dari: kepala desa, tokoh masyarakat, tokoh agama, PKK, BPD,pemuda, bidan, kader desa siaga, kepala puskesmas dan petugas promkes puskesmas.Jumlah responden 69 orang. Instrumen penelitian menggunakan kuesioner, data dianalisa mempergunakan analisa univariat, bivariat dengan uji chi square dilanjutkan dengan perhitungan odds ratio dan multivariat menggunakan uji logistik regresi. Hasil Penelitian : Sebagian besar responden berpersepsi positif terhadap implementasi Desa Siaga, hal ini di tunjukkan dari analisis univariat bahwa sebagian besar stakeholder mempunyai sikap, motif, pengalaman dan harapan yang positif terhadap implementasi Desa Siaga.Hasil analisis bivariat menunjukkan bahwa sikap dan pengalaman mempunyai hubungan yang bermakna (p < 0,05) terhadap implementasi Desa Siaga dengan odds ratio 3,125 dan 3,908, sedangakan motif dan harapan tidak mempunyai hubungan bermakna terhadap implementasi Desa Siaga (p> 0,05).Hasil uji multivariat menunjukkan bahwa sikap merupakan faktor yang paling dominan berhungan dengan implementasi Desa Siaga (Exp B 5,794). Kesimpulan: Persepsi stakeholderterhadap Implementasi Desa Siaga sebagian besar positif. Sikap merupakan faktor yang paling dominan berhubungan dengan implementasi desa siaga
Background: Alert Village Program had been proclaimed at 2006 in whole provinces of Indonesia. In East Tanjung Jabung district had been formed seven Alert Villages, but there were just two active Alert Village. Active and inactive its Alert Villages activity was influenced by stakeholder perception about Alert Village. Objectives: To know stakeholder perception about implementation of Alert Village and the factors due to implementation of Alert Village. Method: Analytical research with cross sectional plan by quantitative method. Location of the research was East Tanjung Jabung district. Subject of the research were stakeholders in seven Alert Villages consisted of: village headman, society figure, religion figure, PKK (Education of Family Prosperity), BPD (Village Representation Committee), youth, midwife, alert village cadre, chairman of puskesmas (community health center) and health promotion officer of puskesmas. The totals of respondents were 69 people. Research instrument used questioner, data was analyzed by univariat analysis, bivariat by chi square test then it was continued by odds ratio and multivariate calculation used regression logistic test. Results: Most of respondents had positive perceptions about implementation of Alert Village, it was showed by univariat analysis that most of stakeholders had positiveness of attitude, motive, experience and expectation about implementation of Alert Village. Bivariat analysis result showed that attitude and experience had significant relationship (p<0.05) to implementation of Alert Village by odds ratio 3.125 and 3.908, whereas motive and expectation had not a significant relationship to implementation of Alert Village (p>0.05). The multivariate test result showed that attitude was the most dominant factor due to implementation of Alert Village (Exp B 5,794).
