Analisis penyertaan modal pemerintah daerah provinsi terhadap laba bank Bengkulu untuk tahun 2010 di Provinsi Bengkulu

Penulisan ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis penyertaan modal Pemerintah Daerah Provinsi Bengkulu terhadap laba bank dalam memenuhi target penyertaan modal Pemerintah Daerah Provinsi Bengkulu berdasarkan ketentuan BI no: 06/15/DPWB2/BN tanggal 19 April 2001 tentang API dan PBI no: 7/15/PBI/2005 sebesar Rp. 100 M pada tahun 2010. Cara penelitian ini menggunakan Metode analisis rata-rata pertumbuhan dan analisis korelasi. Variabel yang digunakan meliputi penyertaan modal dan laba Bank dengan menggunakan data historis dari tahun 1998-2007. Dari hasil penelitian ini disimpulkan rata-rata pertumbuhan penyertaan modal Pemerintah Daerah Provinsi Bengkulu 36,63%, sedangkan rata-rata pertumbuhan laba minus 60,97 dan deviden minus 109,76 % . Dari rata-rata pertumbuhan penyertaan modal Pemerintah Daerah Provinsi Bengkulu maka dapat dikatakan bahwa kemampuan anggaran Pemda Provinsi Bengkulu walaupun terbatas dapat memenuhi ketentuan penyertaan modal sebesar 100 M pada tahun 2010 yaitu sebesar Rp.109.747.550.876,31. Kondisi tersebut belum memperhitungkan pertumbuhan kontribusi penyertaan modal dari pemda kota dan kabupaten lainnya. Sedangkan hasil analisis korelasi antara penyertaan modal dan laba bank yaitu sebesar 0,920 atau mendekati 1 (satu) yang berarti adanya hubungan yang erat sekali yaitu sebesar 84,7% yang berarti hanya 15,3% dipengaruhi factor lain.

This research objective is to analyzes the influence of the proprietary’s stake Local Government of Bengkulu to bank profit to meet target of the Local Government of Bengkulu proprietary’s stake based on the BI Decision No: 06/15/DPWB2/BN dated April 19, 2001, on API, and PBI no.: 7/15/PBI/2005 as much as Rp.100 Billion in 2010. Methods in the research using correlation analysis and average growth analyses. This research uses two variabels: variable of proprietary’s stake and the Bank profit using historical data from 1998 to 2007. From the results of research, it can be concluded that the average growth of the proprietary’s stake of Local Government of Bengkulu was 36.63%; whereas, the profit growth was -60.97 and dividend was -109.76%. From the average growth of the proprietary’s stake of Local Government of Bengkulu , it can be said that budget ability of the Local Government of Bengkulu could meet specification of proprietary’s stake as much as 100 billion in 2010, although limited, namely, Rp.109,797,550,876.31. Such condition had not considered proprietary’s stake contribution growth from the city local government and other districts.Whereas,results correlation analysis between the proprietary’s stake and bank profit is 0,920 or approching1. That is 84,7%, it means only 15,3% are influence others factor. It means their correlation very tight.
