Evaluasi kesesuaian lahan terhadap rencana tata guna lahan Kota Purworejo

Penelitian ini berjudul Evaluasi Kesesuaian Lahan terhadap Rencana Tata Guna Lahan Kota Purworejo. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk : (1) Mengevaluasi kesesuaian lahan untuk permukiman, rekreasi, dan industri, (2) Mengevaluasi potensi pengembangan peruntukan lahan untuk permukiman, rekreasi dan industri, (3) Mengevaluasi keselarasan kesesuaian lahan dengan rencana tata guna lahan, dan (4) Menyusun arahan pemanfaatan lahan di Kota Purworejo. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini disusun dengan menggunakan pendekatan kesesuaian lahan. Variabel yang digunakan dalam analisis kesesuaian lahan adalah ancaman banjir, kemiringan lereng, potensi kembang kerut tanah, tekstur, kerikil dan kerakal, batu besar, batu kecil, singkapan batuan, drainase, tinggi muka air tanah, daya dukung tanah, penggunaan lahan dan jarak terhadap jalan utama. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah stratified random sampling. Analisis kesesuaian lahan menggunakan metode pembobotan, analisis potensi pengembangan kawasan menggunakan matriks kesesuaian lahan dengan penggunaan lahan saat ini, analisis keselarasan kesesuaian lahan dengan rencana tata guna lahan menggunakan matriks yang disusun berdasarkan kelas potensi kesesuaian lahan dengan rencana tata guna lahan dan analisis arahan kesesuaian lahan didapatkan dari gabungan antara potensi pengembangan kawasan permukiman, kawasan rekreasi dan kawasan industri yang paling baik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kesesuaian lahan di Kota Purworejo sebagian besar sangat sesuai untuk permukiman. Potensi pengembangan kawasan di Kota Purworejo sebagian besar untuk kawasan permukiman. Keselarasan kesesuaian lahan dengan rencana tata guna lahan di Kota Purworejo menunjukkan bahwa sebagian besar pemanfaatan lahan permukiman dan rekreasi selaras, sedangkan kegiatan industri seluruhnya tidak selaras. Arahan pemanfaatan lahan di Kota Purworejo hanya dapat dikembangkan untuk permukiman dan rekreasi, sedangkan pemanfaatan lahan untuk industri tidak diarahkan untuk dikembangkan di Kota Purworejo mengingat tidak sesuai dengan karakteristik lahannya.

This research is namely: Land Suitability Evaluation For Land Used Planning in Purworejo District. It is aimed for: (1) to evaluate the land suitability for settlement, recreation and industry; (2) to evaluate the potential of the land suitability for settlement, recreation and industry; (3) to evaluate the synchronization between the land suitability and the land used planning; (4) to arrange the direction of the land used in Purworejo district. This research uses the land suitability method in this work. To analyze the land suitability there are some variables such as: the flood impact, the slope declivity, index cole, texture, pebble and gravel, big stone and small stone, rock exposure, drainage, the height of soil water, the strengthen of the soil, the use of the land and the distance from the main street. This research uses the stratified random sampling as sampling technique. Whereas, the land suitability analysis uses the weight method, the analysis of development potential area uses the matrix of land suitability with the land used planning at the present moment. The synchronization between the land suitability and the land used planning uses the matrix which is arranged based on the class potential of the land suitability and the land used planning. The analysis of the land used direction covers from the best combination among the potential of development settlement area, recreation area, and industry area. This research indicates that the majority of land suitability in Purworejo district is very appropriate for settlement area. The potential of the development area in Purworejo district is mostly used for settlement. The synchronization between the land suitability and the land used planning in Purworejo district shows that a part of the used settlement area and recreation area is synchronic. However, it is mostly not synchronic with industry area. So that the direction of the land used suitability in Purworejo district can only be developed for the settlement and recreation area, however the land used for industry can not be developed in Purworejo district because it is not appropriate with the land characteristic.
