Hubungan kepuasan kerja dan dukungan sosial dengan persepsi perubahan organisasi

2008 | Tesis | S2 PsikologiPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk; (l) menguji korelasi antara kepuasan kerja, dukungan sosial dan persepsi perubahan organisasi; (2) menguji hubungan antara kepuasan keija dengan persepsi perubahan organisasi dan (3) menguji hubungan antara dukungan sosial dengan persepsi perubahan organisasi. Seluruh data variabel penelitian dikumpulkan melalui beberapa skala yaitu; Minnesota Satisfaction Questionannaires yang disusun oleh Weiss. et all (1993) untuk variabel Kepuasan Kerja dan Social Support Questionnaires yang disusun oleh Sarason (1983) untuk van'abel Dukungan Sosial. Skala untuk variabel tergantung yaitu skala persepsi perubahan organisasi disusun oleh peneliti sendiri. Hasil Penelitian menunjukan bahwa; (1) terdapat korelasi yang sangat signifikan antara variabel Kepuasan Kerja dan Dukungan Sosial dengan Van'abel Persepsi Perubahan Organisasi dengan ( Rm, = 0,417 ; p = 0,000 ); (2) terdapat korelasi positif signifikan antara Kepuasan Keija dengan Persepsi Perubahan Organisasi ( r ‘1, = 0,348 ; p < 0,05 clan (3) terdapat hubungan positif signifikan antara Dukungan Sosial dengan Persepsi Perubahan Organisasi ( r ‘2, = 0,341 ; p < 0,05
The study examined (1) the correlation between job satisfaction, social support and perception of organizational change; (‘2) the correlation between job satisfaction and perception of organizational change and (3) the correlation between social support and perception of organizational change The data of all variables were collected using questionnaires, Minnesota Satisfaction Questionannaires designed by Weiss et all (1993) and Social Support Questionnaires designed by Sarason (1983) for independent variables and the perception of organizational change scale disigned by researcher. The data was analyzed using regression analysis technique. This study showed that (I) there was a significant and positive corelation between job satisfaction, social support and perception of organizational change ( Rm, = 0,417 ; p 0,000 ); (2) there was a significant and positive corelation between job satisfaction and perception of organizational change ( r “y = 0,348 ; p < 0,05 ); (3) there was a significant and positive corelation between social support and perception of organizational change ( r 2, = 0,341 ; p < 0,05
