Minat berwirausaha ditinjau dari daya juang, jenis sekolah, dan jenis pekerjaan orangtua pada siswa sma dan smk

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan antara minat berwirausaha dengan daya juang, mengetahui apakah ada perbedaan minat berwirausaha antara siswa sekolah menengah atas dengan se kolah menengah kejuruan, mengetahui apakah ada perbedaan minat berwirausaha pada murid-murid SMK dan SMA dilihat dari pekerjaan orang tua yang berbeda, mengetahui ada atau tidaknya pengaruh daya juang dan jenis sekolah terhadap pembentukan minat berwirausaha pada siswa SMA dan SMK. Siswa yang menjadi subyek dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 142 orang dan merupakan representasi dari masing-masing sekolah yang ada dalam lingkup kabupaten Sleman sebanyak 10 sekolah, masing-masing 5 SMA dan 5 SMK. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode skala dalam mengumpulkan data. Adapun skala yang digunakan adalah skala minat berwirausaha dan skala daya juang. Hipotesis mengatakan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang signifikant antara minat berwirausaha dengan daya juang. Disamping itu, ada perbedaan minat berwirausaha antara siswa SMA dan SMK. Ada perbedaan minat berwirausaha dilihat dari pekerjaan orang tua serta ada pengaruh daya juang, dan jenis sekolah terhadap pembentukan minat berwirausaha. Hasil hipotesis menunjukkan bahwa tidak terdapat hubungan antara minat berwirausaha dengan daya juang (r: 0.092, p = 0.129 (p>0,005) , ada perbedaan minat berwirausaha SMA dan SMK, ada perbedaan minat berwirausaha dilihat dari pekerjaan orang tua yang berbeda, dan tidak ada pengaruh daya juang dan jenis sekolah terhadap pembentukan minat berwirausaha.

The purpose of this research is to find out the correlation between student entrepreneur ship interest with adversity quotient, differences between senior high school (SMA) and vocational school student (SMK) in entrepreneur ship interest, differences between entrepreneurial interest and parent’s job in vocational school student and senior high school, influences between adversity quotient, and school type with interest in entrepreneurship. The subjects of this research is the student s from five vocational schools and five senior high school in Sleman Yogyakarta. Approximately 142 subjects were selected with quota random sampling method. The hypothesis shows that there is a correlation between entrepreneurship interest and adversity quotient. Beside, there is a difference of entrepreneurship interest in high school students and vocational school students viewed from student’s parent’s job, adversity quotient, and school type also give influence on forming the entrepreneurship interest. The result of this research shows that there is no correlation between entrepreneurship interest and adversity quotient. This was showed by correlation coefficient r: 0.092, with p = 0.129 (p>0,005). The result of determination coefficient is 0.009. it means thats adversity quotient only has 0.9% of entrepreneurship interest. To know differences between entrepreneurial interest and parents job in vocational high school and senior high school, this research use t test student. The result of this research show that entrepreneurship interest in vocational school students is bigger than that in senior high schools. Entrepreneurship interest in vocational school students is 123.848, and in senior high school 118.901. To find differences between entrepreneurship interest and parents job with vocational school student and senior high schools this research use anava . The result shows that the difference between entrepreneurial interest and parents job with vocational high school and senior high school is very significant ( FA: 12.687, R2: 0.044, P: 0.001). To know the influences that adversity quotient, and school type with interest in entrepreneurship, have on each other, this research use regression. The result shows that there is no correlation between adversity quotient, school type, with interest in entrepreneurship (F: 2.321, P: 0.059) for Senior high schools and (F: 1.329, P: 0.262) for vocational school students.
