Evaluasi Aplikasi Bursa Transmigrasi Online di Departemen Tenaga Kerja dan Transmigrasi

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi terhadap tidak maksimalnya implementasi penggunaan Bursa Transmigrasi Online (BTO). Teknik pengujian dilakukan dengan menggunakan Technology Acceptance Model (TAM), dan diuji secara statistik dengan metode Structural Equation Model (SEM). Data selanjutnya dianalisis dengan menggunakan bantuan perangkat lunak LISREL 8.30. Penelitian ini berhasil membuktikan bahwa faktor-faktor dominan yang mempengaruhi keberhasilan penggunaan bursa transmigrasi online adalah (1) Persepsi atas kegunaan BTO (PU – perceived usefulness), dan (2) Persepsi atas kemudahan dalam menggunakan BTO (PEOU - perceived ease of use). Penelitian ini juga menunjukan bahwa ATT tetap terbukti memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap penerimaan pengguna terhadap aplikasi bursa transmigrasi online (ACC).

This research intends to reveal the factors that influence the poor performance Evaluation of Online for Transmigration Services Application The testing technique and statistical tools that used in this research are accomplished by using Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) and Structural Equation Model (SEM). Data are anayzed by using statistical software LISREL 8.30. This research proved that the dominant factors which influenced the acceptance of utilizing of BTO are (1) Perceived usefulness of BTO (PU) and (2) Perceived ease of use of BTO (PEOU). This research also demonstated that Attitude toward using BTO (ATT) influence the user acceptance (ACC) significantly.
