Sistem Pendukung Keputusan dalam Penentuan Dana Alokasi untuk Program Studi di lingkungan Sekolah Pascasarjana Universitas Gadjah Mada Yogyakarta menyediakan informasi program studi yang akan mendapatkan atau tidak mendapatkan dana alokasi setiap semesternya berdasarkan data mahasiswa yang dimilikinya. Perancangan system ini dibagi menjadi tiga subsistem: subsistem basis data, subsistem model dan subsistem dialog. Perancangan subsistem basis data dengan merelasikan data yang ada dalam daftar hasil her registrasi mahasiswa, subsistem model metode pendekatan peraturan penetapan besarnya dana alokasi yang meliputi: sumber biaya, tahun angkatan, status mahasiswa, status keuangan, besar SPP, kebijakan pimpinan, dan jumlah mahasiswa, rancangan antar muka disediakan bagi pengguna untuk berinteraksi dengan system. Sistem ini juga dapat digunakan untuk melihat biodata program studi, membuat daftar mahasiswa

The system of decision support in determining the funding allocation for Study Program at Post Graduate Program University Gadjah Mada Yogyakarta is to provide the informatio n of study program that is going to get funding allocation or not for every semester based on the student data owned. The design of this system is divided into three subsystem: database subsystem, model subsystem and dialogue subsystem. The design database subsystem through realizing the data in the result the student her registration, the subsystem model, approach method of regulation in determining the amount of funding allocation covers: the cost resources, periodical time, the student status, the financial status, the amount of student tuition, the leadership policy and the student totality, the design inter person is provided for users in interacting to the system. This system can be also used to view the data of study program, to make the student data as well.
