Sistem pendukung keputusan penentuan desa penerima bantuan Program CERD (Community Empowerment for Rural Development) di Provinsi Sulawesi Tengah :: Studi kasus di Kabupaten Donggala Kecamatan Sigi Biromaru

Tujuan dari tesis ini adalah untuk memberikan alternatif solusi yang efektif dalam penentuan lokasi proyek CERD/PMPD di Provinsi Sulawesi Tengah Kabupaten Donggala Kecamatan Sigibiromaru dengan computer based Information System, yang selama ini dalam pemilihan lokasi hanya mempergunakan cara Musyawarah yang di laksanakan di tingkat Kecamatan dengan mengundang para Kepala Desa dan pejabat-pejabat yang terkait. Agar lebih efektif maka digunakan computer based Information System yang salah satunya adalah Decision Support System dimana ini merupakan sistem informasi yang interaktif yang dapat memberikan alternatif solusi bagi decision maker . Adapun metode yang di pergunakan adalah pembobotan dan pemberian nilai setiap kriteria, yang terdiri dari lima unsur, yaitu banyakan Usaha Industri, banyaknya usaha Perdagangan, tingkat kemiskinan desa , jarak desa ke pusat ekonomi, dan proyek desa. Dalam implementasinya dipergunakan program PHP berbasis web dan My SQL sebagai data base. Proses penilaian dilakukan dengan memasukkan nilai dan masing-masing bobot ke setiap item kriteria yang telah di tentukan. Selanjutnya dilakukan proses perhitungan yang menghasilkan nilai akhir dari setiap desa, Semakin tinggi skor yang diperoleh, maka semakin besar peluang desa tersebut untuk di jadikan lokasi proyek CERD/PMPD. System akan langsung menampilkan peringkat dari tinggi ke rendah, dan 4 urutan teratas adalah rekomendasi untuk mendapatkan dan di jadikan lokasi proyek CERD/PMPD di Kecamatan Sigibiromaru

Intention of this thesis is to give alternative of effective solution in determination of location project of CERD/PMPD in Central Sulawesi Province region Donggala district Sigibiromaru with computer based Information System, which during the time in location choice only utilize way of Musyawarah which in executing in level of district invitingly the village ahead and related functionarys. That more effectively hence applied by computer based Information System which one of them is Decision Support System where this is information system which interaktif which can give alternative of solution to decision maker . As for method which in utilizing is wight and giving of value every criterions, what consisted of five criterions, that are the many effort for Industri, the many effort for commerce, level of countryside poorness , countryside distance to center economics, and project of countryside. In its the implementation is utilized by program PHP to base on web and My SQL is used as its data base. Assessment process is done by entering value and each wight to every criterions item which has in determining. Hereinafter is done calculation process yielding terminal value from every countryside, Score excelsior obtained, hence ever greater of the countryside opportunity for in making location project of CERD/PMPD. System would directly presents rank from height to low, and 4 sequence is upper is recommendation to get and in making location project of CERD/PMPD at district.Sigibiromaru
