Pengaruh pemberian obat kumur Aloclair terhadap pembentukan fibroblas pada proses penyembuhan luka pasca Odontektomi

Pemakaian obat kumur bertujuan untuk mempercepat proses penyembuhan luka. Obat kumur Aloclair® yang mengandung aloe vera, polyvinylpyrrolidone, sodium hyaluroinate dan glycyrrhetinic acid mempunyai efek topikal yaitu menstimulasi pembentukan jumlah fibroblas. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh obat kumur Aloclair® terhadap pembentukan fibroblas pada proses penyembuhan luka pasca odontektomi baik pada soket gigi maupun jaringan lunak marmut. Enam belas ekor Marmut (Cavia cobaya), jenis kelamin jantan dengan berat ± 350 gram usia ± 3 bulan, dibagi menjadi 2 kelompok yaitu kelompok perlakuan dan kelompok kontrol. Pada hari ke-2 dan ke-4 kelompok marmut didekapitasi, spesimen tulang alveolar dan jaringan lunak pasca odontektomi dilakukan pemeriksaan histologis dengan melalui perhitungan jumlah fibroblas. Analisa statistik uji t, menunjukkan adanya perbedaan yang bermakna jumlah fibroblas antara kelompok obat kumur dan kelompok kontrol baik pada soket gigi maupun jaringan lunak (p < 0,05) dan terdapat perbedaan yang bermakna kenaikan jumlah fibroblas pada soket gigi dan jaringan lunak pada pengamatan hari ke-2 dan hari ke-4 antara kelompok obat kumur dan kelompok kontrol ( p< 0,05). Kesimpulan penelitian ini adalah obat kumur Aloclair® dapat meningkatkan pembentukan fibroblas dan dapat mempercepat penyembuhan luka pasca odontektomi pada marmut.

The mouthrinses are usually used to accelerate the wound healing process. Aloclair® mouthrinse which contains of aloe vera, polyvinylpyrrolidone, sodium hyaluronate and glycyrrhetinic acid have topical effects. It can stimulate the fibroblast proliferations. The study was performed to see the influence of giving Aloclair® mouthrinse to accelarate the wound healing process of odontektomy in the dental socket and the soft tissue of guinea pig. Sixteen male guinea pigs (Cavia cobaya) has ±350 grams of weight and ± 3 months of age. The guinea pigs were divided into 2 groups that were treatment group and control group. The treatment group used a mouthrinse after an odontektomy and the control group without mouthrinse. Each of the groups was divided into 2 sub groups and each of sub groups composed of 4 guinea pigs based on the periode of termination : 2 nd, 4 th day after an odontektomy. Histological evaluation was done to calculate the number of fibroblast cells. Statistical analysis showed that there was a significant difference in the number of fibroblast cells (p<0,05) between treatment group and control group and a significant difference in increasing number of fibroblast cells based on the groups on two observation time at 2 nd and 4 th day (p<0,05). It can be concluded that the Aloclair® mouthrinse can increase the number of fibroblast cells and accelarate the wound healing process of odontektomy in guinea pigs.
