Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mngenalisis tentang, kekerasan dalam rumah tangga terhadap perspektif kesetaraan jender melalui novel Ny. Ta1is karya Budi Darma berdasarkan isu perempuan yang ada di masyarakat dengan rnenggunakan pendekatan kajian Feminis. Berdasarkan karakteristik objek kajian penelitian ini ditempuh dengan beberapa cara: (i) menentukan novel yang akan dijadikan objek penelitian, yaitu novel Ny Talis karya Budi Darma yang diterbitkan tahun 1996; (ii) melakukan studi pustaka untuk nencari dan mengumpulkan bahan-bahan yang mendukung objek penelitian: (iii) membaca teks Ny. Talis; (iv) penerapan UU RI. NO. 23 TAHUN 2004 Tentang PKDRT terhadap Ny. Talis; (v) penyimpulan hasil penelitian. Hasil penelitian ini dapat dilaporkan sebagai berikut; wujud permasalahan yang dihadapi perempuan dalam novel Ny. Talis dapat dikategorikan menjadi 6 (enam); (1) permasalahan kekerasan dalam rumah tangga. 2) sistem patriarkhi dalam keluarga. (3) pembagian kerja secara seksual, (4) penerapan UU RI. No 23. TAHUN 2004 Tentang PKDRT terhadap kasus kekerasan yang dihadapi Ny. Talis oleh Suami Ny.Talis, (5) penerapan alternatif solusi yang dilakakan Ny. Talis, pemulihan dan perlindungan terhadap korban. (6) perempuan dilihat dari segi teologis. Wujud perempuan dalam novel Ny. Talis dapat dikenali berdasarkan aspek sosiologi dan psikologis. Aspek sosiologis tampak pada kondisi lingkungan sosial dalam masyarakat. Kondisi perempuan meliputi; latar sosial, teologis, dan penerapan hukum dalam masyarakat Indonesia. Secara sosiologis. Sosok Ny.Talis dilukiskan sebagai perempuan yang lemah, tertindas. tetapi berhasil dalam karirnya. Aspek psikologis tampak pada kepribadian perempuan (Ny.Talis) lebih didominasi sifat inverior, Bentuk kepribadian Ny.Talis; Ny Talis sosok perempuan yarng lemah, menganut pandangan bahwa perempuan. itu the second sex. Suami Ny.Talis merupakan sosok laki-laki yang penganut patriarkhi yang sangat kuat dalam hidup, semena-mena terhadap perempuan, statis, dan mempunyai kepribadian yang sempit dalam masalah perempuan.

The objective of the research is to analyze violence in the family to the perspective of gender similarity in Budi Darma’s work, Mrs. Talis: based on women issue that exist in the society by using feminism approach. Based on the characteristic of research object, this research is carried out by using some ways: (i) Defermining the novel that will be become the object of research, that is Budi Darma’s novel Mrs. Talis, it is publishe in 1996; (ii) apllying reference research to look for and colled the materials that supports the object of research; (iii) readin g the fxts of Mrs. Talis; (iv) Applying Acts RI No. 23, 2004 about violence problem in the family to Mrs. Talis; (v) conclusing the results of research. The results of research can be reforted as follows; the problems that are faced by woman in the novel of Mrs. Talis can be chategorized; (1) violence Problem in the family, (2) patrianchy system in the family, (3) work sharing sexually, (4) the aplying of Acts RI No. 23, 2004 about violence problem in the family to the violence case. That is faced by Mrs. Talis because of Mrs. Talis’s, (5) the application of alternative solution that is done Mrs. Talis, reconery and protection to the victim, (6) woman in the perspe ctive of theology aspect. The woman in the novel of Mrs. Talis can be know based on sociological and psychological aspect. In sociological aspect, it can be seen in social condition environment in the society. Woman candition concists of social background, theology and a weak and colonialized woman but she succeed in carier. Psychological aspect can be seen in woman personality (Mrs. Talis) is more domilated with inverior characteristic. Mrs. Talis personality, she is a weak woman an belive that woman is the second sex. Mrs. Talis has bond is a man that has strong partiarchy perception in live, rude with the woman, static and also has narrow personality in woman problem.
