Organizational Citizenship Behavior ditinjau dari daya juang, kecerdasan emosional, dan modal sosial dengan persepsi keadilan organisasi sebagai variabel moderasi

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara hubungan antara daya juang (adversity quotient), kecerdasan emosional (emotional intelligence), dan modal sosial (social capital) terhadap organizational citizenship behavior karyawan dengan perseps i keadilan organisasi sebagai variabel moderasi. Penelitian ini terdiri dari satu variabel tergantung, yakni organizational citizenship behavior karyawan, dan tiga variabel bebas, yakni daya juang (adversity quotient), kecerdasan emosional (emotional intelligence), dan modal sosial (social capital), serta satu variabel moderasi yaitu persepsi keadilan organisasi. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode skala. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan PT. Pertamina UP-VI yang terletak di Balongan Indramayu yang berjumlah 110 orang. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan terdapat hubungan yang sangat signifikan antara daya juang, kecerdasan emosional, modal sosial terhadap organizational citizenship behavior karyawan dengan persepsi keadilan organisasi sebagai variabel moderasi dengan F = 4.660, R2 = 0.183, dan p = 0. 001. Kemudian dari hasil analisis regresi tanpa variabel moderasi didapatkan hasil bahwa terdapat hubungan positif dan signifikan antara daya juang dengan organizational citizenship behavior karyawan dengan Beta = 0.558, nilai t = 2.301, dan p = 0.023. Pada kecerdasan emosional dengan organizational citizenship behavior karyawan juga memiliki hubungan yang positif dan signifikan denga n Beta = 00.465, t = 2.144, dan p = 0.034. Pada modal sosial dengan organizational citizenship behavior karyawan tidak terdapat hubungan dengan Beta = 0.254, t = 1.072, dan p = 0.286. Pada persepsi keadilan organisasi dengan organizational citizenship beha vior karyawan juga tidak terdapat hubungan dengan Beta = 0.467, t = 1.619, dan p = 0.109. Pada perhitungan melalui varibael moderasi didapatkan hasil terdapat hubungan signifikan antara daya juang terhadap organizational citizenship behavior dengan perseps i keadilan sebagai variabel moderasi dengan F = 5.962, R2 = 0.114, dan p = 0.001. Kemudian antara kecerdasan emosi terhadap organizational citizenship behavior dengan persepsi keadilan sebagai variabel moderasi didapatkan hasil terdapat hubungan yang signifikan dengan F = 5.402, R2 = 0.133, dan p = 0.002 Pada modal sosial terhadap organizational citizenship behavior dengan persepsi keadilan sebagai variabel moderasi didapatkan hasil tidak terdapat hubungan dengan nilai F = 2.384, R2 = 0.063, dan p = 0.073
Pertamina as a state company keeps continue to restructure the company to face the change such as changing the old working culture into the newer one with more cooperation oriented, demanding its employees to have the sense of possess, flexible in confronting the procedure, proactive, and build an interactive labor relationship. The aim of this research was to know the relation between adversity quotient, emotional intellingence, and social capital to the organizatinal citizenship behavior with organizational fairness perception as the moderation variable. This research consisted one dependent variable organizational citizenship behavior, three independent variables adversity quotient, emotional intelligence, and social capital, and one moderation variable organizational fairness perception. Data collection was done by using the scale method. Subjects of the researchwere one hundred ten of the employees Pertamina UP-VI Company located in Balongan, Indramayu. Data were analyzed by using multivariate regression analysis. The results of this research showed that there was relation very significant between adversity quotient, emotional intelligence, and social capital to organizational citizenship behavior with organizational fairness perception as the moderation variable with F = 4.660, R2 = 0.183, dan p = 0.001. Then regression analysis without moderation variable was finding that there was positive and significant relations betwen adversity quotient to organizational citizenship behavior with the Beta = 0.558, nilai t = 2.301, dan p = 0.023. Emotional intelligence was positive and significant to organizational citizensip behavior with the Beta = 00.465, t = 2.144, dan p = 0.034. Social capital was correlated insignificantly to organizational citizenship behavior with the Beta = 0.254, t = 1.072, dan p = 0.286. Organizational fairness perception was correlated insignificant to organizational citizenship behavior with the Beta = 0.467, t = 1.619, dan p = 0.109. When estimation through with moderation variable was finding that there was significant relation between adversity quotient to organizational citizenship behavior with organizational fairness perception as the moderation variable with F = 5.962, R2 = 0.114, dan p = 0.001. Emotional intelligence was significant relation to organizational citizenship behavior with organizational fairness perception as the moderation variable with F = 5.402, R2 = 0.133, dan p = 0.002. Social capital was correlated insignificantly to organizational citizenship behavior with organizational fairness perception as the moderation variable with F = 2.384, R2 = 0.063, dan p = 0.073.
