Penilaian keadilan terhadap penanganan rekonstruksi rumah bagi korban gempa bumi di Bantul

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji model-model penilaian keadilan yang dikemukakan Tyler (1994) di dalam konteks rekonstruksi rumah bagi korban gempa bumi di Bantul. Terdapat enam kemungkinan model yang akan diuji. Hipotesis yang diajukan adalah : “Model penilaian keadilan dari Tyler (1994) mendapat dukungan secara empiris.” Sampel penelitian berjumlah 181 warga korban gempa bumi 27 Mei 2006 yang diambil secara random. Data diperoleh dengan menggunakan metode skala Likert yang terdiri dari 6 skala, yaitu : skala sumber daya, kontrol, penilaian keadilan interaksional, penilaian keadilan distributif, penilaian keadilan prosedural dan dampak penilaian keadilan. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) dengan program AMOS versi 6.0. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa hipotesis diterima, model yang sesuai dengan data di lapangan adalah saturated justice model. Model ini menjelaskan bahwa motif sumber daya dan motif relasional memiliki pengaruh yang seimbang terhadap penilaian keadilan distributif dan prosedural

The purpose of this research was to test justice judgement models by Tyler (1994) in house reconstructions to the earthquake victims. There are six possibilities of model tested. The research hypothesis was : “ The justice judgement models by Tyler (1994) matched with the collected data". The research sampled 181 earthquake victims on 27 May 2006 that are randomly sampled. Data obtained by using 6 scales, namely resource scale, control scale, appraisal of interactional justice scale, appraisal of distributive justice scale, appraisal of procedural justice scale and appraisal of justice impact scale. The data analysis that used was SEM and computed by AMOS ver 6.0. The result of this research showed that the model that matched with the collected data was saturated justice model. This model explained that the resource motives and relational motives had well balanced influences to appraisal of distributive and procedural justice.
