Evaluasi Usaha Penggemukan Sapi Potong Gaduhan di Desa Grantung Kecamatan Bayan Kabupaten Purworejo

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kelayakan usaha penggemukan sapi potong gaduhan di desa Grantung kecamatan Bayan kabupaten Purworejo. Lokasi penelitian di desa Grantung kecamatan Bayan kabupaten Purworejo. Penelitian dilaksanakan dari bulan Juni sampai dengan bulan Desember 2006. Responden yang digunakan berjumlah 30 orang penerima gaduhan dari Dinas Pertanian dan Peternakan Kabupaten Purworejo. yang diambil secara quota sampling. Metode analisis meliputi Benefit Cost Ratio (BCR), Net Present Value (NPV) dan Internal Rate of Return (IRR). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa analisis kelayakan proyek usaha penggemukan sapi potong gaduhan menunjukkan BCR 1,05 dan NPV sebesar Rp.1.798.664,07 dan IRR 31 %. Disimpulkan bahwa usaha penggemukan sapi potong gaduhan yang dilaksanakan di desa Grantung kecamatan Bayan kabupaten Purworejo layak untuk diusahakan.

The aim of the study was to find out the feasibility of feedlot sharing system beef cattle in Grantung, Bayan, Purworejo. The location of research was in the village of Grantung, the sub- district of Bayan, Purworejo Regency. The study was conducted from Juni until December 2006. The resopondents were the receivers of sharing system beef cattle from Agricultural and Husbandary Agency of Purworejo as many as 30 people were taken by quota sampling. Benefit Cost ratio (BCR), Net Present value (NPV) and Internal Rate of Return (IRR) were used for the analysis. The result showed that the analysis of the feasibility of the fattening sharing system beef cattle enterprises of BCR = 1.05; NPV = Rp.1,798,664.07; and IRR = 31 %. Therefore, it can be concluded that the fattening of sharing system beef cattle carried out in Grantung, Bayan, Purworejo was feasible to be implemented.
