Latar belakang: Pemanfaatan teknologi informatika pada saat ini merupakan salah satu alternatif untuk mendukung efektivitas dan efisiensi kinerja bagi suatu organisasi. Salah satu komponen pemanfaatan sistem informasi manajemen dan klinis di rumah sakit adalah sistem informasi asuhan keperawatan.berbasis komputer, karena dengan penerapan sistem informasi berbasis komputer diharapkan pendokumentasian proses dan aktivitas keperawatan dapat berlangsung lebih efektif dan efisien dalam menentukan putusan pelayanan klinis secara komprehensif. Selain penguasaan ilmu dan keterampilan keperawatan, perawat juga harus memiliki keterampilan yang baik dalam menggunakan komputer dan sistem informasi tersebut. Untuk itu, upaya yang dapat dilakukan adalah memperkenalkan dan kebiasaan penggunaan komputer sedini mungkin karena hal ini akan mempengaruhi persepsi perawat dalam penerimaan dan pemanfaatan sistem informasi asuhan keperawatan berbasis komputer. Salah satu bentuk nyata pemanfaatan sistem informasi asuhan keperawatan berbasis komputer adalah mengembangkan sistem informasi pembelajaran asuhan keperawatan stroke, sehingga nantinya sistem informasi ini dapat dipertimbangkan untuk digunakan sebagai media dalam proses belajar mengajar. Penelitian ini difokuskan pada evaluasi sistem informasi pembelajaran asuhan keperawatan stroke berbasis komputer yang telah diujicobakan kepada mahasiswa Program Studi Ilmu Keperawatan (PSIK) Universitas Gadjah Mada Yogyakarta. Tujuan: Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mendapatkan model sistem informasi pembelajaran asuhan keperawatan stroke serta mengevaluasi hasil rancangan dan pengembangan dari sistem informasi pembelajaran asuhan keperawatan stroke tersebut berdasarkan tingkat akurasi, relevansi dan kemudahan. Metode Penelitian: Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan metode kuantitatif bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan hasil rancangan dan pengembangan sistem informasi pembelajaran asuhan keperawatan stroke tersebut. Pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini didapatkan melalui penyebaran kuesioner. Hasil Penelitian : Telah dihasilkan model sistem informasi pembelajaran asuhan keperawatan stroke berbasis komputer yang sederhana. Berdasarkan hasil evaluasi sistem informasi pembelajaran asuhan keperawatan stroke ini, diperoleh tingkat kemudahan dengan nilai ratarata 3,53, tingkat akurasi dengan nilai rata-rata 3,24 dan tingkat relevansi dengan nilai rata-rata 3,1. Kesimpulan : Berdasarkan hasil penelitian di atas, tingkat kemudahan memiliki nilai rata-rata yang lebih tinggi dibandingkan dengan nilai ratarata tingkat akurasi dan relevansi maka secara umum dari aspek teknis dan operasional sistem informasi pembelajaran asuhan keperawatan stroke ini dapat dipertimbangkan untuk digunakan sebagai media proses belajar mengajar.

Background: The use of Informatics technology is now the one among many for support the affectivity and efficiency of organizations performance. One of the information systems of management and clinic in hospital is nursing information systems computer-based. With the systems, it is expected the recording of the nursing process and activity effectively and efficiently run in determination of clinical service decision comprehensively. Beside mastering the nursing knowledge and skill, nurses are to have good skill in using computer and the information systems. Those are why, efforts can be done are introducing it and to use the computer as soon as possible because this will influence nurses perception in accepting and using the nursing information systems. Actual use of nursing care information systems computer based is to develop learning information systems of CVA nursing care, so it will be considered to use as media in teachinglearning process. This study is focused at evaluation to the computer based learning information systems of CVA nursing care has been tried and tested to the students of Study Program of Nursing (PSIK), University of Gadjah Mada, Yogyakarta. Objective: The objective of this study are to get a model of learning information systems of CVA nursing care and also to evaluate the design product and development of it based on accuracy, relevant and usability. Method: This was a descriptive study with quantitative approach aim to describe the design product and development of the learning information systems of CVA nursing care. Data collection with questioners. Result: The result is the simple computer-based learning information systems of CVA nursing care. Based on the evaluation on it, it is found the level of usability score at average 3.53; the level of accuracy 3.24; the level of relevance score 3.1. Conclusion: Based on the above result, the level of usability has average score higher than the level of accuracy and also relevance so generally from technical aspect and operational this learning information systems of CVA nursing care is considerable to use as learning process media.
