Restorasi Veneer labial indirek dengan bahan adoro pada gigi insisivus kanan maksila yang mengalami fluorosis dengan skor TF 4

Laporan kasus ini bertujuan untuk menginformasikan dan mengevaluasi hasil perawatan veneer labial indirek dengan bahan adoro pada gigi insisivus kanan maksila yang mengalami fluorosis skor TF 4. Pasien wanita berumur 20 tahun datang ke Bagian Konservasi Gigi, RSGM Profesor Soedomo, Fakultas Kedokteran Gigi Universitas Gadjah Mada. Pasien ingin memperbaiki gigi depan atas yang berbeda warna dan memiliki bercak putih. Pada pemeriksaan objektif terlihat adanya opasitas dan bercak-bercak putih seperti kapur pada seluruh permukaan gigi. Gigi insisivus sentralis kanan maksila terdapat restorasi resin komposit yang mempunyai warna berbeda dengan warna gigi asli. Keadaan jaringan periodontal terlihat adanya gingival enlargement, banyak plak dan kalkulus, perdarahan spontan, warna gingiva merah gelap dan saku periodontal dengan kedalaman 2mm. Diagnosis gigi 11 dan 12 adalah fluorosis skor TF 4 dengan gingivitis dan gingival enlargement. Pada kunjungan pertama dilakukan penegakan diagnosis, penentuan rencana perawatan dan pengisian informed consent. Kunjungan kedua dilakukan penentuan warna gigi dengan shade guide Chromascop dan preparasi veneer labial. Pada kunjungan ketiga dilakukan pengepasan dan penyemenan veneer labial. Hasil evaluasi menunjukkan tidak ada inflamasi pada gingiva, tidak terdapat ekses semen resin dan retensi sisa makanan, warna dan posisi veneer tidak berubah.

The aims of this case report is to inform and evaluate the indirect labial veneer restoration with adoro material on right maxillary incisors suffer from fluorosis with TF 4 score. A 20 year-old woman came to the Department of Conservative Dentistry, RSGM Professor Soedomo, Faculty of Dentistry, Gadjah Mada University. The patient wanted to improve her upper front teeth which suffer from discoloration and white spots. Objective examination showed opaque and white spots (chalky spotted) on. The maxillary right central incisor had a resin composite restoration with a different color compared to the all tooth surfaces. There were also gingival enlargement, plaques and calculus, spontaneous bleeding, gingival with dark red color and periodontal pocket with the depth of 2 mm. The diagnosis of tooth 11 and 12 were dental fluorosis with TF 4 score, gingivitis and gingival enlargement. Diagnosis, treatment planning and informed consent were conducted during the first visit. On the second visit, the tooth color determinations using Chromascop shade guide and labial veneer preparation were done. Try in and cementations of the veneers were done on the third visit. Evaluation showed that there were no gingival inflammations, no resin cement excess and food retention, color and position of the veneer are still the same.
