Laporan kasus ini bertujuan untuk menginformasikan hasil evaluasi restorasi mahkota jaket porselin fusi metal dengan pasak tapered serrated (FilPost) pada tiga gigi insisivus maksila, nekrosis, karies kompleks dan labioversi. Pasien wanita, 19 tahun, datang ke Klinik Konservasi Gigi Fakultas Kedokteran Gigi Universitas Gadjah Mada, pasien ingin memperbaiki gigi depan atas yang berubah warna. Pada pemeriksaan objektif tiga gigi insisivus maksila tertutup akrilik, setelah akrilik dibuka didapatkannya karies kompleks, gigi - gigi tersebut labioversi, gambaran radiograf tampak pada tiga gigi insisivus maksila tersebut terdapat area radiolusen di periapikal. Diagnosis ketiga gigi insisivus maksila 11, 21, 22 tersebut nekrosis pulpa, karies kompleks dengan labioversi. Rencana perawatan saluran akar satu kunjungan dan restorasi akhir mahkota jaket porselin fusi metal dengan inti pasak tapered serrated (FilPost). Kunjungan pertama dilakukan perawatan saluran akar satu kunjungan. Kunjungan kedua: preparasi saluran pasak, pengepasan inti pasak, penyemenan inti pasak, pembuatan inti, pencetakan tonggak serta menentukan warna gigi dengan Vitalumin Shade Guide. Kunjungan ketiga pengepasan dan penyemenan mahkota jaket porselin fusi metal. Satu minggu kemudian dilakukan kontrol, tidak ada keluhan rasa sakit. Evaluasi setelah satu bulan, tiga gigi insisivus maksila tersebut dapat berfungsi dengan normal, terutama fungsi estetis dan pasien merasa puas.

The purpose of this case report was to inform the evaluation outcome of restoration using porcelain fused to metal jacket crown with tapered serrated post (FilPost) on three maxillary incisors suffer from pulp necrosis, complex caries and labioversion. A 19 year – old female came to the Conservative Dentistry Clinic Gadjah Mada University, seeking for treatment on her maxillary anterior teeth, that suffered discoloration. Based on subjective, objective and radiograph examination on three maxillary incisors teeth, it was found complex caries lession, the tooth positions were labioversion, preoperative radiograph showed periapical radiolucencies in all three maxillary incisors. The diagnosis were pulp necrosis, complex carries lession and labioversion. The treatment plan was one visit root canal treatment, porcelain fused to metal jacket crown with tapered serrated post for the correction of labioversion and discoloration. One visit root canal treatment, was carried out at the first visit. The second visit was the placement of tapered serrated post (FilPost) , followed by Core build up, impression taking and placement of temporary crown. The third visit was insertion and cementation of porcelain fused to metal jacket crown. No pain was found on recall one week later. One month recall showed that the tooth function has been back to normal, especially the esthetic function. The patient was highly satisfied.
