Evaluasi penerapan Sistem Informasi Manajemen Rumah Sakit di RSUP Dr. Sardjito Yogyakarta dengan menggunakan HOT-Fit

Sistem Informasi selain digunakan oleh organisasi profit juga digunakan oleh organisasi non-profit, salah satunya adalah rumah sakit. Sistem informasi yang diterapkan disebut sebagai Sistem Informasi Manajemen Rumah Sakit (SIMRS). SIMRS berfungsi mengelola dan mengatur informasi yang diperlukan oleh para petugas kesehatan atau medis untuk membantu serta meningkatkan kinerka mereka secara efektif dan efisien, sehingga diharapkan pelayanan dapat ditingkatkan. Evaluasi terhadap penerapan SIMRS harus dilakukan karena evaluasi mengukur manfaat yang didapatkan dari penerapan SIMRS dan untuk menemukan masalahmasalah potensial yang sedang dihadapi oleh pengguna dan organisasi. RSUP Dr. Sardjito telah menggunakan sistem informasi tersebut selama beberapa tahun untuk bagian pelayanan terhadap pelanggan (front office), sistem informasi berfungsi sebagai sistem tagihan dan catatan medik. Sistem dikembangkan oleh pihak luar rumah sakit (vendor). Penelitian dilakukan dengan pembagian kuesioner terhadap pengguna akhir sistem informasi baik operator maupun pengguna informasi. Hasil yang didapat dianalisa dengan uji validitas dan reliabilitas, analisis deskriptif dan analisis korelasi. Hasil penelitian didapatkan bahwa variabel-variabel dalam teori HOT-Fit, yaitu hubungan yang tepat antara Human, Organization dan Technology memiliki hubungan yang kuat dan searah (positif) terhadap Net Benefit (keuntungan atau manfaat) dari penerapan sistem informasi. Maka untuk pengembangan sistem informasi selanjutnya, pihak pengembang harus memperhatikan ketiga faktor utama tersebut supaya sistem informasi yang dibuat dapat diterapkan dengan baik dan diterima oleh pengguna

Information system (IS) is used by profit and non-profit organization, including hospital. The IS in hospital is called Hospital Management Information System (Sistem Informasi Manajemen Rumah Sakit—SIMRS). SIMRS is used to coordinate and control the information which is needed by medics to effectively and efficiently help and increase their performance. Therefore the service toward customer can be optimized. Evaluation toward SIMRS needs to be done because evaluation will asses the benefit from the SIMRS implementation and to find potential problems faced by user and organization. RSUP Dr. Sardjito had used the information system for several years for the front office section. The information system functioned as billing and medical record system. The system developed by outsource vendor. This research was done by giving questioner to end user of the information system, which are the operator and the user of the information. The result was analyzed by validity and reliability test, descriptive analysis, and correlation analysis. This reseach found that the variables in the HOT-Fit theory, which are the exact connection between Human, Organization and Technology has a strong and one-directional connection toward net benefit of information system implementation. Therefore, for the next development of information system, the vendor needs to pay attention to those three main factors, so the next-build information system can be well implemented and accepted by user
