Peran motivasi kerja dan komitmen organisasi terhadap organisasi pembelajaran :: Penelitian terhadap karyawan Balai Pendidikan dan Pelatihan Perikanan Ambon

2007 | Tesis | S2 Psikologi (Psikologi Industri dan Organisasi)Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peran motivasi kerja dan komitmen organisasi terhadap organisasi pembelajaran karyawan pada Balai Pendidikan dan Pelatihan Perikanan (BPPP) Ambon. Penelitian ini melibatkan subjek penelitian sebanyak 45 orang karyawan dengan menggunakan tekhnik purposive sampling. Data penelitian dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan tiga angket, yaitu angket motivasi kerja, angket komitmen organisasi, dan angket organisasi pembelajaran. Sistem penilaian menggunakan skala Likert dan analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi ganda. Dilanjut dengan analisis multivariat untuk mengetahui hubungan masing- masing faktor bebas terhadap variabel tergantung. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa motivasi kerja dan komitmen organisasi secara bersama-sama berperan sangat signifikan terhadap organisasi pembelajaran (R = 0.583, F = 10.787; R² = 0.339; p = 0.000), disamping itu, motivasi kerja berperan terhadap organisasi pembelajaran (F = 20.568; r = 0.361; p = 0.001), tetapi komitmen organisasi terhadap organisasi pembelajaran tidak signifikan (F = 1.007; r = 0.153; p = 0.161).
This research was aimed to examine the role of work motivation and organization commitment to learning organization on employees of fishery education and training office in Ambon. This study involved forty five employees of fishery education and training office in Ambon as subjects of the research by using purposive sampling technic. The data of the research was collected by using three scales, they are work motivation scale, organization commitment scale and learning organization scale Likert type. Multiple regression analysis was applied to analyze the data, then Multivariate regression analysis was applied to know the correlation of each factor of independent variabels to dependent variabels. The results of the research showed that both work motivation and organization commitment had very significant role together on learning organization (R=0.583, F = 10.787; R² = 0.339; p = 0.000). Beside that, work motivation had significant role on learning organization (r = 0.361; p = 0.001), but organization commitment had no significant role on learning organization (r = 0.153; p = 0.161).
