Analisis terhadap beberapa faktor yang mempengaruhi pengguna Transjakarta-Busway

Busway adalah sistem angkutan publik dalam kota yang pantas, modern, terjangkau oleh seluruh lapisan masyarakat. Peningkatan jumlah penumpang merupakan pertanda bahwa Busway merupakan alternatif terbaik bagi masyarakat dalam melakukan perjalanan. Pertanda tersebut tentu saja ada faktor-faktor penyebabnya. Oleh karena itu untuk mengetahuinya maka dilakukan kajian terdahap penumpang Busway dengan cara meminta tanggapan penumpang tentang atribut yang dimiliki Busway melalui koesioner yang telah disusun sebelumnya. Studi ini dilakukan di Jakarta Koridor 1 rute Blok M – Stasiun Kota, bukan saja karena koridor tertua, daerah yang dilaluinya merupakan pusat-pusat bisnis, perkantoran dan jantung kota serta memiliki jumlah penumpang yang terbesar, sehingga persepsi responden terhadap Busway hampir mendekati kenyataan yang ada. Persepsi dinyatakan melalui level of agreement menerapkan skala Likert diperluas menjadi 7 butir disusun dalam 24 variabel. Level of agreement dari 407 responden yang terjaring dianalisis menggunakan analisis faktor metode principal component analysis yang mereduksi banyak variabel membentuk faktor yang lebih sedikit jumlahnya. Hasil dari kajian ini membentuk delapan faktor yang secara umum mempengaruhi pengguna memilih Busway dalam melakukan perjalanan yaitu: (1). Efisiensi; (2). Keunggulan; (3). Kemacetan; (4). Safety; (5). Kehandalan; (6).Kemudahan; (7). Kenyamanan; (8). Secure. Untuk mengetahui faktor yang mempengaruhi setiap kelompok pengguna selanjutnya sampel dibagi tiga yakni captive users dan choice users (Mobil dan Motor). Faktor-faktor yang sama mempengaruhi captive users, tetapi terdapat perbedaan pada urutan faktor yang berpengaruh. Untuk choice users (Mobil) dipengaruhi oleh: (1.) Efisiensi; (2). Kemudahan; (3). Kenyamanan; (4). Keunggulan; (5). Kehandalan. Sedangkan untuk choice users (Motor) dipengaruhi oleh: (1). Comfort dan Safety; (2). Biaya, (3). Keunggulan, (4). Secure; (5). Kemudahan; (6). Kemacetan; (7). Kehandalan. Adanya perbedaan urutan keutamaan faktor dan jumlah faktor pada setiap kelompok sebagaimana di atas dapat disimpulkan bahwa perbedaan tersebut adalah wajar dan logis.

The Busway is a public transportation on the city that proper, modern and achievable by all community strata. The increase of passenger is the indication that Busway is the best alternative for traveling. These signs, of course, indicate that there are some causing factors. Therefore, to understand this phenomena it is necessary to carry out research on passengers respond by asking some questionairing. This study was carried out in Jakarta Corridor 1, Block M – Stasiun Kota route, it was not only because of the old corridor, but also the district it passed ware business centers, office complex and the city centre and has the biggest total of passengers, so that respondent perception toward the Busway ware almost close the existing reality. The perception was expressed through Likert scale’s level of agreement that extended to be 7 points and arranged in 24 variables. The level of agreement from 407 respondents ware analyzed using factor analysis of principal component analysis method, which reduces many variables. Results of study show eight factors influenced generally the user to choose the Bus way to decide traveling that are: (1) Efficiency; (2) Excellence; (3) Congestion; (4) Safety; (5) Reliability; (6) Accessibility; (7) Comfortability; (8) Secure. To observe the factor influences each group of the user then sample is divided into three groups that are captive users and two choice users (car and motorcycle groups). The similar factors influences the captive user, how’re the order different. For the choice users of car is effected by: (1) Efficiency; (2) Accessibility; (3) Comfort ability; (4) Excellence; (5) Reliability. While for the choice users of motorcycle is influenced by: (1) Comfortability and Safety; (2) Cost; (3) Excellence; (4) Secure; (5) Accessibility; (6) Congestion; (7) Reliability. The difference of factor superiority order and the number of factors on each group as mentioned above can be concluded that the difference is logical and properly.
