Cost effectiveness ketorolak dan Tramadol dalam penanganan nyeri pasca bedah pada operasi bedah orthopedi elektif

Tujuan: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menentukan average cost ketorolak 30 mg intra vena dibandingkan dengan tramadol 100 mg intra vena untuk mencegah nyeri pasca bedah. Disain: Dilakukan penelitian uji klinis acak terkontrol buta ganda Subyek: Subyek penelitian 68 pasien (n1 = n2 = 53), status fisik ASA I – II, usia antara 18-50 tahun, yang akan menjalani pembedahan ortopedi elektif dengan anestesi umum. Intervensi: Subyek dibagi menjadi dua kelompok. Grup A mendapat ketorolak 30 mg iv dan grup B mendapat tramadol 100 mg iv 30 menit sebelum operasi selesai. Pengukuran: Dilakukan perbandingan biaya obat dan biaya terapi efek samping dari masing-masing kelompok perlakuan. Data VAS dicatat setelah pasien sadar mulai menit ke 15, 30, 60, dan 24 jam kemudian. Analisis Data: Data akan dianalisis dengan independent t-test dan chi-Square test, hasil uji statistik dianggap bermakna bila p < 0,05.

Objective: To determine the average cost of ketorolac 30 mg iv compared to tramadol 100 mg iv in prevent post operative pain. Desain: A double blind, randomized controlled trial Subject: 68 adult patients (n1 = n2 = 53), ASA physical status I-II, age between 18-50 years, who are going to schedule for elective orthopedic surgery under general anesthesia. Intervention: Subjects are divided into two groups. Group A will receive intravenous ketorolac 30 mg and group B will receive intravenous tramadol 100 mg, 30 minutes prior to the and of operation. Meansurement: Comparison is made in both groups based on drug cost and cost which was spend to relieve the adverse effects. Outcome measurenment will be based on VAS after patient regain consiousness, started from 15, 30, 60 minutes and 24 hours there after. Analyze: Data will be analyzed by using independent t-test and chi square test. The statistical result is considered significant if p < 0,05.
