Pengaruh variabel Perceived Usefulness, Perceived Ease of Use dan Psychological Attachment terhadap pemanfaatan teknologi informasi

2007 | Tesis | S2 AkuntansiPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh penerimaan kegunaan (perceived usefulness), penerimaan kemudahan menggunakan (perceived ease of use) dan pengaruh psikologis (psychological attachment) terhadap sikap (attitude) dalam memanfaatkan teknologi informasi. Sikap (attitude) akan mempengaruhi perilaku yang khusus dalam memanfaatkan teknologi informasi ditunjukkan dengan perhatian perilaku (behavior intention). Data diperoleh melalui survey kuesioner dengan teknik purposive sampling dengan kriteria para pegawai Departemen Keuangan dan Akuntansi di Inna Garuda Hotel Yogyakarta yang menggunakan software MYOH (Manage Your Own Hotel) dalam melaksanakan pekerjaan mereka. Kuesioner yang didistribusikan kepada responden berjumlah 40 eksemplar, tetapi yang kembali dan digunakan untuk analisis hanya 33 eksemplar atau 82,5%. Analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan model persamaan struktural (Structural Equation Modeling atau SEM) dengan metode alternatif PLS (Partial Least Square) yang dibantu dengan program aplikasi SmartPLS. Hasil analisis menunjukkan penerimaan kegunaan (perceived usefulness) tidak memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap sikap (attitude) dalam memanfaatkan software MYOH, penerimaan kemudahan menggunakan (perceived ease of use) dan pengaruh psikologis (psychological attachment) memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap sikap (attitude) dalam memanfaatkan software MYOH. Sikap (attitude) memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap perhatian perilaku (behavior intention) dalam memanfaatkan software MYOH.
This research aimed for examining the influence of perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use and psychological attachment toward attitude in using information technology. Attitude will influence particular behavior in using technology information showed by behavior intention. The data gathering was carried out through questionnaire survey with purposive sampling technique with criteria the Finance and Accounting Department employees in Inna Garuda Hotel Yogyakarta that using MYOH (Manage Your Own Hotel) software in doing their work. The distributed questionnaires were 40 copies, and 33 ones were submitted for analysis, with response level of 82.5%. The data analysis employed a Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with alternative method PLS (Partial Least Square) supported by the Smart PLS application program. The analysis results showed perceived usefulness did not have significant influence toward attitude in using MYOH software, perceived ease of use and psychological attachment had significant influence toward attitude in using MYOH software. Attitude had significant influence toward behavior intention in using MYOH software.
