Pengaruh Spiritual Quotient Agents terhadap Agency Conflict pada MQ Corporation

Obyek penelitian tesis Pengaruh Spiritual Quotients (SQ) Agents Terhadap Agency Conflict adalah sebuah holding company, yaitu MQ Corporation. Perusahaan tersebut memiliki delapan buah anak perusahaan yang berlokasi di kawasan pondok pesantren Da’arut Tauhid Bandung. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh variabel bebas tingkat spiritual quotients yang dimiliki agents (X) terhadap variabel terikat, yaitu agency conflict (Y). Data yang dianalisis dalam penelitian ini diperoleh dengan cara menyebarkan kuesioner kepada semua direktur utama (agents) anak perusahaan MQ Corporation. Setelah validitas da n reliabilitas dari data kuesioner tersebut terpenuhi, data tersebut diolah dengan menggunakan metode regresi linier sederhana. Dari pengolahan data dengan metode regresi linear sederhana tersebut, ditemukan sebuah persamaan regresi yaitu Y= 5,262 – 0,886X. Besarnya angka korelasi (R) dalam penelitian ini adalah 0,749, nilai koefisien determinasinnya (- 0,749), dan nilai r square-nya adalah 0,56. Dari pelaksanaan uji t didapatkan bahwa nilai t hitung (3,868) lebih besar daripada nilai t tabel (2,448) sehingga hipotesis yang dibangun dalam penelitian ini—SQ agents mempengaruhi terjadinya agency conflict—diterima. Berdasarkan beberapa temuan dalam penelitian ini, beberapa usulan yang diajukan kepada MQ Corporation adalah peningkatan penanaman budaya perusahaan, pembuatan SQ development programs, dan penentuan standar SQ minimal dalam sistem recruitment. Adapun untuk peneliti selanjutnya, saran yang diajukan adalah penambahan ukuran populasi serta jumlah sampel, dan melakukan perbandingan tingkat SQ agents serta agency conflict yang terjadi pada berbagai macam model perusahaan.

The Object of this thesis research in The Influence of Spiritual Quotients (SQ) Agents to Agency Conflict is the holding company, which is MQ Corporation. The Company has eight subsidiaries that located in the area of Islamic Learning Centre Da'arut Tauhid Bandung. This Research objective is to find out the influence of independent variable of the spiritual quotients degree owned by the agents (X) to dependent variable, which is agency conflict (Y). The data that being analyzed in this research obtained by spreading questioner to all managing director (agents) of subsidiary companies of MQ Corporation. After the validity and the reliability process from the data questioner is fulfilled, the data then being processed by using the simple linear method regression. The result of data processing with the simple linear regression method is a regression equation which is Y= 5.262- 0.886X. The value of correlation number (R) in this research is 0.749, the value of coefficient determination is (- 0.749), and the value of the r square is 0.56. From the test result concluded that the value of the t value (3.868) is bigger compared by the value of the t table (2.448) so that the hypothesis developed in this research -the SQ agents influence the agency conflict-is accepted Based on finding in this research, some suggestion to be make to MQ Corporation is the make -up of cultural cultivation of the company, the making of SQ development programs, and minimum standard SQ determination in system recruitment. As for the next researcher, the next suggestions is stand for the bigger size of the population and also sum up the sample number, and conduct the comparison of the SQ agents and also agency conflict that happened at the different type of the company
