The aim of this research was to assess landslides hazard map using a combination of heuristic and statistical models and multi-temporal landslide data that are linked to specific rainfall events. The methodology applied into 3 steps: first is to construct a multi temporal landslides database, second is to produce landslides probability values and third is to produce landslides hazard map which is obtained by combing the landslides probability values maps. The results showed that the landslides type in Loano Sub district is slide movements with the sub type is rotational slide. The class factors that induced landslides are mostly combination of slope more than 30 degrees and shallow soil depth between 60 – 90 cm, besides the lithological conditions and the soil types. From the rainfall analysis, it was known the correlation of the landslides area and rainfall return period can explained in the equation: y = 2.4055 x + 3.4879 with the R2 value equal to 0.7984, where y is the area of landslides and x is rainfall return period. From the resulted final hazard map showed that there are 10 villages in Loano Sub district that are prone to future landslides. Those 10 villages, with their percentage of area that located in the high hazard are: Kali Glagah (59.25%), Banyuasin Separe (45.71%), Tepan Sari (35.07%), Tridadi (34.24%), Sedayu (32.31%), Guyangan (7.45%), Rimun (4.25%), Karangrejo (2.14%), Mudal Rejo (0.34%) and Kali Semo (0.07%).
