Perancangan Prototype sistem layanan bisnis MLM Sophie Martin berbasis Web di Cabang bisnis Yogyakarta

Tesis ini membahas mengenai penelitian perancangan dan pembuatan suatu prototype berbasis web untuk Sistem Layanan Bisnis MLM Sophie Martin di cabang bisnis Yogyakarta yang bertujuan untuk membantu menyediakan sarana pengelolaan pelayanan aktivitas bisnis khususnya bagi para member bisnis tersebut, sehingga diharapkan dapat dijadikan sebagai salah satu media promosi untuk memperluas target market bisnis MLM ini. Pada tesis ini penelitian dilakukan dengan terlebih dahulu melakukan identifikasi permasalahan yang terjadi, penyebab permasalahan, kebutuhan sistem termasuk kebutuhan masukan dan kebutuhan keluaran yang akan dihasilkan sistem, juga definisi pengguna sistem yang dibagi menjadi 3 kategori yakni admin, member dan pengunjung, yang kemudian dianalisa untuk mendapatkan perancangan suatu Sistem Layanan Bisnis MLM yang sesuai meliputi : perancangan sistem database dengan menggunakan Entity Relationship (E-R) untuk pengelolaan data, perancangan pemodelan untuk kebutuhan sistem yang akan diterapkan dalam hal ini menggunakan Use Case Diagram serta perancangan antarmuka sistem bagi para pengguna Sistem Layanan Bisnis ini nantinya. Pada tahap implementasi dari prototype sistem ini berupa tampilan-tampilan hasil rancangan sistem, proses bisnis yang diterapkan meliputi hirarki member dan proses pelayanan bisnis, serta beberapa alasan menggunakan beberapa tool untuk merancang sistem ini. Akhirnya, pada tahap pengujian prototype sistem ini dianalisa dengan menggunakan teknik kuisioner untuk melihat hasil dari tahapan implementasi prototype sistem tersebut.

This thesis studying about the research of design and making an prototype model of the Service System at the Sophie Martin Multi Level Marketing (MLM) Business in Yogyakarta Bussiness Branch which aim to put ready the service implementation of this MLM business especially for the member and make this system as one of promotion equipment for this MLM business to have more network business target. At this thesis research conducted beforehand identify the problems that happened, problems cause, system requirement including entry requirement and result requirement, also defining system user in this case there’s 3 user which are user admin, user member and user guest then analysed later to get the scheme of the Sophie Martin MLM Business that consisted of the scheme of database system for data management using E-R model, schema of system model to be applied as required using Use Case Diagram and also scheme of user interface for each user. At the implementation part from this prototype system is including some interface as the result of designing this system, the business service process include schema of member hirarki, and the reason for using the tools in making this system. Last, the testing part of this prototype system will be analyze by using kuisioner technical for seeing what is the result from simulation implementing of this prototype system.
