Integrasi Algoritma Genetik dengan sistem Fuzzy untuk tata letak fasilitas pada sebuah konstruksi bangunan

Tata letak fasilitas (FLP) pada suatu lokasi bangunan merupakan suatu pemilihan alternatif posisi atau susunan fasilitas yang paling efisien dan efektif. Dengan kata lain FLP adalah mencari susunan fasilitas yang terbaik dalam area yang sudah tersedia. Dalam mendesain FLP, banyak hal yang harus dipertimbangkan dimana faktor produksi meliputi : manusia, mesin, energi, modal, informasi dan sumber daya alam dikelola bersama-sama dalam suatu sistem produksi guna menghasilkan suatu produk atau jasa secara efektif, efisien dan aman. Penelitian ini mengkaji suatu proses peningkatan optimasi FLP melalui pendekatan berdasarkan program komputasi. Hal pertama yang dilakukan adalah menentukan nilai hubungan kedekatan (closeness relationship value) antar masingmasing pasangan fasilitas dimana nilai ini dicari dengan proses perancangan sistem fuzzy. Total cost minimum diperoleh melalui pendekatan terintegrasi antara perancangan sistem fuzzy dengan Algoritma Genetik (GA). Hasil dari penelitian ini diperoleh urutan fasilitas sebagai berikut : 5 - 3 - 6 - 1 - 2 - 4 - 8 - 7 - 9 - 10 dengan parameter GA nya : Jumlah Populasi = 40, Generasi = 50, Pm 80 % Populasi, 10 % Gens, Ukuran Mutasi = 5 % dan Waktu eksekusi = 01:03. Hasil total cost minimum dari urutan fasilitas tersebut sebesar 55077.43.

The layout of facilities (FLP) in a location of the building was an alternative election to the position or the facilities composition that most efficient and effective. In other words FLP was seek the composition good facilities in the area that has been available. In designing FLP, many matters that must be considered where the production factor covered: humankind, the machine, energy, capital, information and main source nature was managed with-for a long time in a production system for produced a product or the service on effective, efficient and safe. This research studied some process is increase optimasi of FLP through the approach was based on the computation program. The first matter that was done was decisive the value of nearness relations (closeness relationship value) between respectively the facilities couple where this value was looked for with process system planning fuzzy. The total cost minimal was received through the integrated approach between system planning fuzzy and the genetic algorithm (GA). Results of this research were received by the place of facilities as follows: 5 - 3 - 6 - 1 - 2 - 4 - 8 - 7 - 9 - 10 with his GA parameter: The Number Of populations equals 40, the Generation equal 50, the mutation probability = 80 % Population, 10 % Gens, the Measurement of the Mutation = 5 % and Time elapsed = 01:03. Total results cost minimal from arrange these facilities as big as 55077.43.
