Pengaruh insektisida SIDABAS (BPMC) terhadap histopatologi organ ikan nila (Oreochromis niloticus)

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kerusakan organ pada ikan nila (Oreochromis niloticus) yang diakibatkan oleh racun insekisida jenis SIDABAS dengan bahan aktif BPMC g/l. Penelitian dilakukan di laboratorium patologi FKH UGM. Uji pendahuluan untuk mengetahui LC50 dari SIABAS pada ikan nila. Tujuh akuarium masing-masing berisi 10 ekor ikan nila dengan ukuran 8-10 cm. Setiap kelompok diberi insektisida SIDABAS yang mempunyai bahan aktif BPMC 500 dengan konsentrasi 1,2 ppm; 1,6 ppm; 2,0 ppm; 2,4 ppm; 2,8 ppm; 3,2 ppm; dan 3,6 ppm. Hasil LC50 dianalisa dengan metode Reed- Muench dan selanjutnya ditentukan kisaran dosis toksisitas. Uji utama yang terdiri atas 40 ikan nila di bagi menjadi 4 kelompok masing-masing 10 ekor. Kelompok tersebut diberi SIDABAS dengan dosis 0,3 ppm; 0,6 ppm; dan 0,9 ppm, serta satu kelompok tanpa insektisida. Masing-masing kelompok diotopsi sebanyak 5 ekor pada minggu I dan minggu II untuk pemeriksaan histopatologi. Nilai LC50 dari SIABAS pada ikan nila adalah (2,436 ± 0,147) ppm. Perubahan histopatologi pada minggu pertama menunjukkan degenerasi hidrofil hati; kongesti ginjal dan otak; radang kulit, ovarium, dan lambung; degenerasi vakuoler pancreas dan adesi lamela sekunder insang. Pada minggu kedua, perubahan sama dengan minggu pertama, yang disertai radang otak dan jantung.

This research aim to to know to damage of organ nila fish ( Niloticus Oreochromis) resulted from by poison of insekisida type of SIDABAS with active materials by BPMC g/l. Research conducted by in pathology laboratory of FKH UGM. Test antecedent to know LC50 of SIABAS at nila fish. Seven each aquarium contain 10 fish tail of nila of the size 8-10 cm. Each;Every group given by SIDABAS insektisida having active materials of BPMC 500 with concentration 1,2 ppm; 1,6 ppm; 2,0 ppm; 2,4 ppm; 2,8 ppm; 3,2 ppm; and 3,6 ppm. Result of LC50 analysed with method of Reed-Muench and [is] hereinafter determined by dose gyration of toksisitas. Especial test consisting of 40 nila fish to becoming 4 each group 10 tail. The group given by SIDABAS with dose 0,3 ppm; 0,6 ppm; and 0,9 ppm, and also one group without insektisida. Each autopsy group counted 5 tail [at] week of I and week of II for the inspection of histopatologi. Assess LC50 of SIABAS nila fish is ( 2,436 ± 0,147) ppm. Change of histopatologi at first week show degeneracy of hidrofil liver; kidney kongesti and brain; chafe husk, ovary, and stomach; degeneracy of vakuoler and pancreas of adesi gill sekunder lamela. At week both, change equal to first week, which accompanied to chafe heart and brain
