Persepsi mutu pelayanan Institusi Kepolisian ditinjau dari iklim organisasi dan gaya hidup Hedonis Aparatur Kepolisian

2006 | Tesis | S2 Psikologi (Psikologi Industri dan Organisasi)Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat keterkaitan antara Persepsi Iklim Organisasi dengan Iklim Organisasi dan Gaya Hidup Hedonis di kalangan aparat kepolisian. Sample penelitian dilakukan secara purpusive dengan mengambil polisi yang bertugas di wilayah Polres Sleman dan Polres Magelang, yang melibatkan 90 subjek penelitian yang terdiri dari polisi yang telah memiliki masa tugas lebih dari empat tahun Data dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan metode angket. Hipotesis mayor penelitian ini berbubuyi ada hubungan antara iklim organisasi, gaya hidup hedonis dengan persepsi mutu pelayanan aparat kepolisian. Hipotesa Minor juga disertakan dalam peneitian ini, yaitu (1) Ada hubungan positif iklim organisasi dengan persepsi mutu pelayanan aparat kepolisian. (2) Ada hubungan negatif gaya hidup hedonis dengan persepsi mutu pelayanan aparat kepolisian. (3) Ada hubungan negatif iklim organisasi dengan gaya hidup hedonis aparat kepolisian. Model analisis Regresi digunakan untuk menganalisis data, dengan menggunakan program statistik SPS-2000 Hasil analisis data yang dilakukan menunjukkan bahwa variabel Iklim Organisasi dan variabel Gaya Hidup Hedonis Aparat Kepolisian secara bersamasama berpengaruh terhadap variabel Persepsi Mutu Pelayanan Aparat Kepolisian dengan R sebesar dan Sumbangan masing-masing 8,9% dan 8,3% Lebih lanjut ditemukan bahwa variabel yang berpengaruh secara positif terhadap terjadinya persepsi mutu pelayanan adalah variabel Iklim Organisasi. Variabel Gaya Hidup Hedonis Aparat Kepolisian, di sisi lain, menunjukkan pengaruh yang negatif. Variabel Iklim Organisasi dalam penelitian ini memberikan bobot pengaruh lebih besar dibandingkan dengan Variabel Gaya Hidup Aparat Kepolisian.
The aim of this study is to examine the relation between organizatioanal climate and hedonism in the police institution with the perception of service quality of the police officers. The hypothesis of this study there is relation between organizational climate, hedonism in the police institution with the perception of quality service of the police officer and there is a positive relation between organizational climate with the perception of service quality, and there is a negatif relation between hedonism and the perception of service quality. This study use the perception of service quality scale, organizational climate scale and hedonism scale. The study was held at Poires Magelang and Poires Slernan, in which subjects were 90 persons, 45 police officers from magelang and 45 police officers from sleman. The data were analized using Analysis regression, by SPS-2000 Sutrisno Hadi and ¥uni Parnardiningsih 2004 series. The results show that there was positive relation between organizational climate, hedonism with the perception of service quality with R = 0.172 at the price of F = 9.063 ( p 0.000). Both of the organizatioanal climate and hedonism were accepted significantly to the perception of service quality, that there were a positive correlation between organizational climate with the perception of service quality, and negative correlation between hedonism with the perception of the service quality. Research show that the increase of organizational climate and hedonism variable by together equal to 17.241 percent will be followed by increase of perception of service quality variable. And 82.759 percent influenced by other dissimilar factor.
