Hubungan iur biaya obat di luar DPHO dengan tingkat kepuasan pelayanan pasien Askes rawat inap di RSUD Wates

Untuk menghadapi tantangan dari gejala sosial ini dibutuhkan pengelolaan Rumah Sakit secara menyeluruh, standar terapi ditegakkan, pelayanan obat dilaksanakan berpedoman pada formularium. Pelayanan obat untuk pasien ASKES berpedoman pada DPHO. Data yang berhasil dikumpulkan di RSUD Wates pada bulan Januari sampai dengan bulan Mei 2004 menunjukkan 75,03 % pasien ASKES rawat inap terkena iur biaya. Tujuan: Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk memperoleh gambaran tingkat kepuasan pasien ASKES rawat inap terhadap besaran iuran biaya obat di luar DPHO di RSUD Wates. Metode: Penelitian ini adalah penelitian observational dengan rancangan cross sectional. Subyek penelitian adalah pasien ASKES yang dirawat inap minimal 2 x 24 jam. Sampel penelitian sebanyak 150 orang. Alat penelitian check list dan pedoman wawancara. Analisis chi squre dan regresi digunakan untuk mengetahui hubungan besaran iur biaya obat diluar DPHO dengan tingkat kepuasan pasien ASKES rawat inap di RSUD Wates. Hasil: Rerata iur biaya obat di luar DPHO perpasien pada rawat inap di RSUD wates sebesar Rp. 428.737.-. Tidak ada hubungan antara kelas perawatan dengan iur biaya dalam penggunaan obat luar DPHO. Ada hubungan yang sangat bermakna antara kelompok penyakit dan pola peresepan obat luar DPHO dengan iur biaya. Ada hubungan antara pola peresepan obat luar DPHO dengan kelompok penyakit, tetapi tidak berhubungan dengan kelas perawatan. Kesimpulan: Ada hubungan antara kelompok penyakit dan pola peresepan obat luar DPHO dengan besaran iur biaya obat, sedangkan kelas perawatan tidak mempengaruhi besaran iur biaya. Tidak ada hubungan antara iur biaya obat terhadap kepuasan pelayanan obat dan keperawatan.
Background: The development of science and technology has caused customers to have higher demand on health service. To face challenges of such social phenomena hospitals have to be managed comprehensively, therapy standards are enforced and drug service has to be based on the formularium. Health service for ASKES patients is based on specified drug list. Data obtained from RSUD Wates from January to May 2004 show that contribution to drug cost by inpatient ASKES patients is in average as much as 75.03%. Objective: The objective of the study was to get an overview of inpatient ASKES patients' satisfaction with the amount of contribution to drug cost outside the specified list at RSUD Wates. Method: This was an observational study with cross sectional design. Subject of the study were ASKES patients hospitalized for at least 2 x 24 hours. Samples were as many as 150 people. Research instruments consisted of check list and interview guide. Chi-square and regression analyses were used to identify relationship between the amount of drug cost contribution outside the specified list and satisfaction of inpatient ASKES patients at RSUD Wates. Result: Average of drug cost contribution outside the specified list per patient at inpatient room of RSUD Wates was as much as Rp 428,737. There was no relationship between type of treatment class and contribution to drug cost outside the specified list. There was very significant relationship between disease types and drug prescription pattern outside the specified list and cost contribution. There was relationship between drug prescription pattern outside the specified list and types of disease, but not types of treatment class. Conclusion: There was relationship between types of disease and drug prescription pattern outside the specified list and amount of drug cost contribution, whereas types of treatment class did not affect amount of cost contribution. There was no relationship between drug cost contribution and satisfaction with drug service and treatment.
