Evaluasi penggunaan perangkat lunak pada konsultasi gizi di Puskesmas Kota Pontianak

Latar Belakang. Kesehatan adalah hak azasi setiap manusia. Akibat gaya hidup menyebabkan adanya pergeseran pola makan yang memicu timbulnya penyakit degeneratif. Penggunaan perangkat lunak konsultasi gizi di Puskesmas Kota Pontianak bertujuan memudahkan petugas dan meningkatkan pelayanan kesehatan yang cakupannya rendah. Metode Penelitian. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif dengan rancangan deskriptif, metode pengumpulan data melalui wawancara, diskusi kelompok terarah dan observasi. Subjek penelitian pengguna, pelaksana dan pengelola program gizi. Analisis data menggunakan unit analisis isi. Hasil. Pasien konsultasi gizi rujukan dari Poli Umum dan KIA. Sarana konsultasi gizi berupa timbangan badan, ukuran tinggi badan, food model, komputer dan software. Ada kepercayaan pasien terhadap pelayanan konsultasi gizi di puskesmas. Konsultasi gizi dilakukan oleh petugas gizi berlatarbelakang D 3 Gizi sedangan D 1 Gizi belum percaya diri. Pasien konsultasi gizi dengan menggunakan perangkat lunak diberi print out sebagai pedoman menyusun menu, sedangkan yang manual tidak. Pasien merasakan jiwanya tenang dan sehat. Hasil program menunjukkan bahwa pasien dapat mengontrol berat badan sendiri dan mengetahui cara mencegah terjadinya gangguan masalah gizi seperti pada penderita diabetes mellitus untuk tidak mengkonsumsi gula murni atau makanan yang manis-manis. Kesimpulan. Pelayanan konsultasi gizi di puskesmas sesuai dengan prosedur. Kesiapan sarana, petugas serta pendidikan memadai sehingga pelayanan menjadi cepat di samping ada dukungan software konsultasi gizi. Hasil program diperoleh bahwa pasien lebih sehat, dapat mengontrol berat badan serta mengetahui makanan yang dilarang, bagi petugas gizi ada motivasi untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan diet. Beban kerja, jumlah petugas, promosi maupun ruangan yang kurang memadai, serta pasien kurang disiplin menjalankan diet menyebabkan cakupan pelayanan konsultasi gizi menjadi belum optimal.

Background: Health is human right. The impact of lifestyle cause the changes to unhealthy food which may stimulate the occurrence of degenerative disease. The utilization of software in nutrition consultation in the Primary Health Care of Pontianak municipality is aimed to make the nutrition officer easy to give nutrition service and improving the health service which the coverage still low. Methods: This was a qualitative research that used descriptive design and data was collected in-depth interview, focus group discussion (FGD) and observation. The subjects of the research were user and implementer of nutrition program in Primary Health Care. Data analysis used content analysis. Results Patient of nutrition consultation was referred from clinic and MCH unit. The facilities of nutrition consultation were weight scale, height scale, food model, computer and software. There was patient’s trust toward nutrition consultation service in the Primary Health Care. Nutrition consultation was conducted by nutrition officers who had education background of nutrition diploma 3 (D3) while those who graduated from diploma 1 (D1) was not confident enough. Patients of nutrition consultation used software and given print out as a guidance to set up menu, while manual menu arrangement did not be delivered. Patients felt their soul calmer and healthier. Patients could control their own weight and find out the way to prevent the destruction of nutrition problem such as diabetes mellitus patients for not consuming pure sugar or sweets. Conclusions: Nutrition consultation service in Primary Health Care is appropriate with procedure, facility readiness, officer as well as sufficient health care providers and their education. Therefore service will be quicker and supported by nutrition consultation software. The result of the program showed that patients were healthier, they could control their own body weight; as well as understood food that they could not consume. The nutrition officers had motivation to improve their diet knowledge. Work burden, number of employee, insufficient promotion or room as well as patients who were not discipline for their diet caused the coverage of nutrition consultation service was not optimum.
