2006 | Disertasi | S3 Ilmu PsikologiTujuan penelitian ini adalah mengetahui kesesuaian model teoritis pengaruh persepsi terhadap budaya korporat, kepuasan kerja, komitmen organisasi, intensi putuskerja, dan performansi kerja dengan data empiris. Subjek penelitian ini adalah karyawan Bank Mandiri Wilayah X Makassar sebanyak 483 orang. Data dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan skala. Model persamaan struktural dengan program LISREL, Analisis Regresi dan Analisis variansi satu jalur dengan program SPSS digunakan untuk teknik analisis data. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan: (1) model awal didukung oleh data tetapi terlalu fit (the fit is perfect) sehingga dilakukan modifikasi model dengan mengeluarkan koefisien jalur yang tidak signifikan; (2) model kedua hasil modifikasi menunjukkan tidak ada perbedaan antara model dengan data (model fit). Ini berarti, model teoritis persepsi terhadap budaya korporat, komitmen organisasi, intensi putuskerja, dan performansi kerja sesuai dengan data; (3) persepsi budaya korporat tidak berpengaruh langsung terhadap kepuasan kerja, tetapi berpengaruh tidak langsung melalui komitmen organisasi; (4) persepsi budaya korporat berpengaruh langsung terhadap komitmen organisasi, intensi putuskerja, dan performansi kerja; (5) kepuasan kerja berpengaruh langsung terhadap intensi putuskerja dan performansi kerja; (6) komitmen organisasi berpengaruh langsung terhadap kepuasan kerja, intensi putuskerja, dan performansi kerja; dan (7) intensi putuskerja berpengaruh langsung terhadap performansi kerja.
The objectives of the research were to know the fit between theoretical model and empirical data about the influence of the perception toward corporate culture, job satisfaction, organizational commitment, turnover intention and job performance. The subjects of this research were 483 employees of Bank Mandiri Regional X Makassar. Five scales were used in collecting data. Structural equation modelling using LISREL (Linear Structural Relationship) program, regression analysis, and One-way ANOVA were applied to analyze the data. The results of this research indicated that: (1) the first model was fit, but the fit was perfect, so that modification needs to be done by excluding insignificant path coefficient; (2) the second model of modified result showed that there was no difference between theoretical model and empirical data (the model was fit). It means that theoretical model perception toward corporate culture, organizational commitment, turnover intention, and job performance was fit with the data; (3) perception toward corporate culture did not directly influence job satisfaction, but indirectly influence organizational commitment; (4) perception toward corporate culture directly influence organizational commitment, turnover intention, and job performance; (5) job satisfaction directly influence turnover intention, and job performance; (6) organizational commitment directly influence job satisfaction, turnover intention, and job performance; and (7) turnover intention directly affected job performance
