Respon desidualisasi stroma endometrium Rattus norvegicus strain wistar betina akibat kebisingan intensitas tinggi

2006 | Tesis | S2 Ilmu Kedokteran Dasar dan BiomedisBising merupakan bentuk bunyi yang tidak diinginkan dan dapat menyebabkan gangguan kesuburan sampai infertilitas, namun belum ada penelitian tentang efek bising terhadap respon desidualisasi. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengkaji respon desidualisasi stroma endometrium akibat kebisingan. Dilakukan penelitian eksperimental terhadap 20 ekor Rattus Norvegiccus galur wistar, betina usia 100 hari dibuntingkan dibagi menjadi 4 kelompok. Kelompok 1 dibuntingkan tidak diberi perlakuan mulai hari pertama bunting, kelompok 2 diberikan pajanan bising intensitas 70 dB, kelompok 3 diberikan pajanan bising 110 dB dan kelompok 4 mendapat indometasin ED50 per oral. Perlakuan diberikan selama pre implantasi (7 hari) 8 jam per hari. Pada hari ke 8, subyek dikorbankan, ditimbang uterus dan dihitung jumlah pre implantation loss. Analisis statistik menggunakan ANOVA satu jalan dilanjutkan Multiple Comparison menunjukkan perbedaan bermakna rerata berat uterus antar kelompok (p < 0,05), terdapat peningkatan tidak bermakna berat uterus antara kelompok kontrol dengan kelompok bising 70 dB, dan terdapat penurunan berat uterus yang bermakna antara kelompok bising 70 dB dengan kelompok 110 dB (p<0,05), antara kelompok 70 dB dengan kelompok indometasin (p< 0,05), terdapat penurunan berat uterus yang bermakna antara kelompok kontrol dengan kelompok 110 dB, dan antara kelompok kontrol dengan kelompok indometasin. Maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa pajanan bising diawal kehamilan menurunkan respon desidualisasi ditunjukkan dengan penurunan berat uterus.
Noise is a voice that unwanted and it can cause infertility. There is no research about noise effect on decidualization response. This study aimed to investigate decidualization response stroma endometrium after noise treatment. This study was experimental. Subject were 20 female rats wistar Rattus Norvegiccus, 100 days old, which were divided into 4 groups. Subjects were pregnanted. Subjects in group 1 (control) was not treated, since the first day of pregnancy. Subject in group 2 were treated with noise induction at 70dB. Group 3 were treated with noise induction at 110dB. Treatment were given for 7 days and 8 hours per days. Group 4 were treated with indometasin ED 50. Treatment were given per oral for 7 days. In 8th days of pregnancy, all subjects were killed, weighted their uterus and counted the pre implantation loss. Statistical analysis use one way ANOVA and multiple comparisons showed signifincant difference of noise effect to weighted the uterus. Uterus weight is not significantly increased in control group compare with noise at 70 dB group (P<0,05), than uterus weight is significantly decreased in noise at 70dB group compare with noise at 110dB group (P<0,05), and noise at 70 dB group compare with indomethacin group. Uterus weight in significantly decreated in control group compare with noise at 110 dB group (p<0,05) and control group compare with indomethacin (P<0,05). The conclusion is that noise treatment in early pregnancy or during pre implantation period in decreased decidualization response.
