The education and training programs must help the employees to gain more knowledge and also influence the behavior of the employees in conducting their daily activities. It also help to strengthen the company culture “SIFAT” (Siddiq, Istiqomah, Fathonah, Amanah dan Tabliqh). Every program will be measure based on the affectivity, by qualitative or quantitative. This paper examine one hypothesis which is influence of the training program forward the employees performance in Bank Syariah Mandiri. The correlation coefficient that the writer gains form the research 0,725. This proves that the training score (as variable X) has positives correlation with the employees’ performance (as variable Y). The determination coefficient (R2) is 0,526 which mean that the fluctuation of the variable. X is influence by the variable Y by 0,526 and the rest 0,474 is influence by other variables. Prinsip syariah adalah aturan perjanjian berdasarkan hukum Islam antara bank dan pihak lain untuk penyimpanan dana dan/atau pembiayaan kegiatan usaha, atau kegiatan lainnya yang sesuai dengan syariah. Bank Syariah adalah Bank Umum yang melaksanakan kegiatan usaha berdasarkan prinsip syariah yang dalam kegiatannya memberikan jasa dalam lalu lintas pembayaran. (UU No. 10 tahun 1998 tentang Perubahan UU No. 7 tahun 1992 tentang Perbankan). Pada tanggal 25 Oktober 1999, Bank Indonesia melalui Surat Keputusan Gubernur Bank Indonesia No. 1/24/KEP. BI/1999 telah memberikan ijin perubahan kegiatan usaha konvensional menjadi kegiatan usaha berdasarkan prinsip syariah kepada PT. Bank Susila Bakti. Selanjutnya dengan Surat Keputusan Deputi Gubernur Senior Bank Indonesia No. 1/1/KEP.DGS/1999 tanggal 25 Oktober 1999, Bank Indonesia telah menyetujui perubahaan nama PT. Bank Susila Bakti menjadi PT. Bank Syariah Mandiri. Salah satu kunci penting untuk menjaga kualitas kinerja Bank Syariah Mandiri di masa datang, ditengah kompetisi perbankan yang semakin ketat, adalah dengan mengembangkan dan mendidik karyawan secara berkesinambungan. Program pendidikan dan pelatihan selain dapat menambah pengetahuan dan meningkatkan sikap, ia juga harus mampu menyentuh dan mempengaruhi prilaku, aktifitas dan pandangan karyawan dalam menjalankan tugas sehari-hari. Program pendidikan dan pelatihan juga harus mampu mengentalkan budaya kerja disetiap diri karyawan Bank Syariah Mandiri yang berorientasi pada Budaya Perusahaan "SIFAT" (Siddiq, Istiqomah, Fathonah, Amanah dan Tabliqh). Setiap program pendidikan dan pelatihan yang dijalankan akan diukur efektifitasnya, secara kuantitatif dan kualitatif. Pengukuran efektifitas ini dapat hanya sebatas respon peserta, atau dengan cara lebih baik lagi yaitu dengan diketahuinya hasil/manfaat program tersebut bagi kemajuan perusahaan. Ini semua demi menjamin kualitas program pelatihan agar selalu terjaga. Berdasarkan hal tersebut, penelitian ini menguji satu hipotesis yaitu pengaruh pelatihan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada Bank Syariah Mandiri. Koefisien korelasi yang diperoleh adalah sebesar 0,725. Hal ini membuktikan bahwa nilai pelatihan sebagai variabel (X) memberikan pengaruh pada kinerja sebagai variabel (Y), sehingga hubungan antara keduanya positif dan erat. Sedangkan koefisien determinasi (R2) sebesar 0,526, artinya bahwa naik turunnya variabel X dipengaruhi oleh variabel Y sebesar 0,526. dan sisanya sebesar 0,474 dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain. Pada hasil perbandingan t hitung dengan t tabel, dimana t hitung (9,250) > t tabel (1,9913), yang berarti bahwa karyawan yang telah mengikuti pelatihan akan memiliki kinerja yang tinggi pula
