Analisis kelayakan usaha traktor tangan pada usaha pelayanan jasa Alsintan dengan pola sewa beli di Kabupaten Ketapang

Penelitian dilakukan di tiga Kecamatan yang merupakan daerah sentra produksi padi di Kabupaten Ketapang, bertujuan mengetahui kelayakan usaha serta untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang memperngaruhi besarnya Sisa Hasil Usaha (SHU) operasional Traktor Tangan Pola Sewa Beli pada UPJA di Kabupaten Ketapang, selama dua semester tahun 2004. Metode dasar yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif analisis, daerah penelitian ditentukan secara sengaja. Responden sebanyak 56 petani pemilik Traktor Tangan di tiga Kecamatan, Analisis data dilakukan dengan menggunakan analisis finansial yaitu Net Present Value (NPV), Benefit Cost Ratio (BCR), Internal Rate of Return (IRR) dan Regresi Linier berganda tipe Cobb Douglas dengan program SPSS 12 serta diestimasi dengan Ordinary Least Square (OLS). Usaha persewaan Traktor Tangan layak untuk diusahakan. Secara teknis kemampuan alat belum optimal dan masih dapat ditingkatkan. Secara finansial nilai R/C ratio >1, Net Present Value (NPV)>0, Benefit Cost Ratio (BCR)>1 dan Internal Rate of Return (IRR) lebih besar dari tingkat bunga yang berlaku dalam pola sewa beli di Kabupaten Ketapang. Usaha Traktor Tangan masih layak diusahakan apabila kenaikan biaya operasional masih proporsional dengan kenaikan harga sewa. Besarnya sisa hasil usaha traktor tangan dipengaruhi oleh biaya bahan bakar minyak/pelumas dan biaya pemeliharaan.

The research is conducted at three Subdistricts of Ketapang Regency which represent the centre of paddy production, it aims to identify the important aspects of Hand Tractor, to know financial elegibility and also to identify the factors influencing the level of net income ( SHU) hand tractor hire purchase pattern UPJA in Ketapang Regency, during year two semester 2004. Basic method used in the research is descriptive method analysis, the researched area is determined purposively. Respondents are 56 farmers who own hand tractor in three Subdistricts, the data applies to financial analysis that is Net Present Value ( NPV), Benefit Cost Ratio ( BCR), Internal Rate of Return (IRR) and Linear Regression of Cobb Douglas SPSS program version 12 is being used and it is estimated with Ordinary Least Square ( OLS). Result of research shows rental business of hand tractor is leverative to be done. Technically appliance ability is not yet optimal and need to be improved. By financial assess, R / C ratio > 1, Net Present Value ( NPV)>0, Benefit Cost Ratio ( BCR)>1 and Internal Rate of Return ( IRR) are bigger than interest rate which are applied in hire purchase pattern in Ketapang Regency. Hand Tractor business still be a luerative business, if the increase of operational cost is still proportional with the increase of hire price. Level of net income (SHU) is the influenced by petroleum/oil and maintenance cost.
