2006 | Tesis | Magister ManajemenPenelitian kali ini berjudul “Pengaruh Persepsi Kepemimpinan Transformasional terhadap Penerapan Organizational Citizenship Behavior di PT Nyonya Meneerâ€. Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mengetahui apakah ada pengaruh persepsi karyawan tentang kepemimpinan transformasional terhadap penerapan organizational citizenship behavior baik secara bersama-sama maupun secara parsial dan aspek-aspek apa saja dari kepemimpinan transformasional yang mempunyai pengaruh signifikan terhadap OCB. Penelitian kali ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif, dengan menggunakan data primer yang didapat dengan cara penyebaran kuesioner. Data yang didapat kemudian diolah dengan bantuan program SPSS 10.00 for Windows. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kepemimpinan transformasional akan mempengaruhi organizational citizenship behavior. Secara parsial menunjukkan bahwa variabel inspirasional dan perhatian individu berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap OCB
The research was entitled “The Influence of Transformational Leadership Perception to OCB Implementation in PT. Ny. Meneer. The Objective of this research was to assess whether employees’ perception – both collectivelly and individually – toward transformational leadership have influenced to OCB implementation. Other objective was to identify aspects of the transformational leadership which have significant influence to OCB. Research was undertaken by utilizing quantitative methods and primary data which derived from questionnaire distribution. The collective data was then processed for further analysis by using SPSS 10.0 for Windows software. The results showed that variable of transformational leadership influenced the OCB variable. Partially, it demonstrated that inspirational and individual attention had positive and significant influence to OCB.
