Pengaruh kepuasan kerja terhadap keinginan pindah kerja pada karyawan di PT Indosat Jakarta

2006 | Tesis | Magister ManajemenPenelitian memiliki beberapa tujuan. Pertama, menganalisa pengaruh kepuasan kerja terhadap keinginan pindah kerja karyawan di PT. Indosat Jakarta. Kedua, melihat perbedaan kepuasan kerja pada karyawan berdasarkan aspek demografis. Ketiga, melihat perbedaan keinginan pindah kerja pada karyawan berdasarkan aspek demografis. Tiga ratus empat puluh satu karyawan di PT. Indosat Jakarta dilibatkan dalam penelitian ini. Para subyek penelitian diberikan satu berkas kuesioner terdiri dari data subyek, dan dua buah kuesioner yaitu kuesioner skala kepuasan kerja dan skala keinginan pindah kerja. Berdasarkan analisis regresi didapatkan hasil dengan kesimpulan sebagai berikut: Kepuasan kerja berpengaruh terhadap keinginan pindah kerja karyawan (F = 27,63, p=0,000; p<0,005). Sedangkan dari hasil uji t untuk melihat perbedaan kepuasan kerja dan keinginan pindah kerja berdasarkan jenis kelamin, usia, status pernikahan dan masa kerja (p>0,05). Kenyataan ini menunjukkan bahwa kepuasan kerja dan keinginan pindah kerja pada semua karyawan di Indosat memiliki kecenderungan yang sama dan memiliki kategori sedang untuk kepuasan kerja dan kategori rendah untuk keinginan pindah kerja.
This research has two goals. Firstly, its goal is to study further the influence of job satisfaction to intention to leave of employees in PT. Indosat Jakarta. Secondly, its goal is to describe and give some information about the difference of job satisfaction and intention to leave by group separation such as by the gender criteria, by age criteria, by marital status criteria, and by job tenure criteria. Three hundreds and forty one employees at PT. Indosat Jakarta were involved in this research. Researcher give one bundled questionnaire form consists of subject information and two questionnaires, which are job satisfaction scale and intention to leave scale. Based on regression analysis techniques, the conclusion of the resulted research as follow: job satisfaction influence employee’s intention to leave (F = 27,63, p=0,000; p<0,005). Meanwhile, based on t-test analysis and anova analysis techniques to see the difference of job satisfaction and the difference of intention to leave based on gender, age, marital status and job tenure indicates each p>0,05. This factual condition shows that job satisfaction and intention to leave factor of Indosat’s employees have no differences among employees which are in medium level for job satisfaction and low level for intention to leave factor.
