Tesis ini mengidentifikasi kegiatan-kegiatan yang berhubungan pada tingkat strategi agar supaya apa yang telah ditetap oleh DCS sebagai internal supply chain yang mana tugas utamanya adalah memenuhi kebutuhan konsumen khususnya kegiatan ekplorasi dan produksi. Pengidentifikasian dimulai dengan kegiatan awal yakni dasar dari perencanaan yang di DCS. Kemudian dilanjutkan dengan identifkasi business process; plan, source, make, deliver and return. Semua kegiatana identifikasi pada tahap ini menunjuk pada Supply Chain Operations-Reference (SCOR) version 7.0 level 1 (one). Kemudian dilanjutkan dengan kesadaran masing-masing pengambil keputusan di tiap-tiap business process menyangkut hubungan mereka dengan business process yang lain atau tindakan-tindakan yang diperlukan sebagai bagian dari kegiatan mereka. Tahap akhir adalah menentukan kinerja sebagai hasil akhir dari sebuah proses. Hasil dari pengukuran kinerja dapat digunakan untuk meningkatkan tingkat pelayanan terhadap permintaan konsumen dan pemetaan supply chain dapat digunakan untuk memeriksa aktifitas-aktifitas apakah telah sesuai dengan objektif atau tidak. Sementara penyebaran kuisioner kepada pengambil keputusan dapat digunakan untuk melihat seberapa besar mereka sadar bahwa kegiatan-kegiatan yang selama ini mereka lakukan mempengaruhi kinerja mereka dan ya ng lainnya.

This thesis identified the activities on the strategy level to meet what has already been stated by DCS as a internal supply chain in Total which its main job was to fulfill user demands in particular exploration and production activities. Identification was started with the basis of planning in DCS and was moved to identify the business processes; plan, source, make, deliver and return. All identifications in this phase referred to Supply Chain Operations-Reference (SCOR) version 7.0 level 1 (one). Continued by identification of the awareness of decision makers in each business process regarding their relationships with others or what the actions should be with them as part of their activities. The last was to determine the performance as whole process. The result of performance measurement can be used to improve the service level to customer demands and mapping the supply chain can be used to trace easily the activities which have already be done in line with the objectives or not. Meanwhile the circulating questionnaires to decision makers can be used to see how big they aware that their activities influenced them selves and others.
