Kebutuhan investasi dan pertumbuhan ekonomi di Provinsi Sulawesi tengah (2005-2008)

Tujuan dari Penelitian ini adalah untuk menghitung nilai ICOR, pertumbuhan ekonomi dan proyeksi PDRB, dan menghitung kebutuhan investasi di Provinsi Sulawesi Tengah selama tahun 2005-2008. Data yang dipergunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data sekunder runtun waktu (time series) dari tahun 2000 sampai tahun 2004 yaitu: Produk Domestik Regional Bruto (PDRB) Provinsi Sulawesi Tengah, investasi pemerintah dan investasi swasta. Adapun alat analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Perhitungan ICOR, Pertumbuhan ekonomi dan Proyeksi PDRB, dan Perhitungan Kebutuhan Investasi. Berdasarkan hasil perhitungan diperoleh hasil sebagai berikut: 1. nilai ICOR rata-rata di Provinsi Sulawesi Tengah selama tahun 2000-2004 adalah sebesar 3,47, yang artinya untuk meningkatkan tambahan 1 unit output dibutuhkan tambahan 3,47 unit modal; 2. kebutuhan investasi di Provinsi Sulawesi Tengah dibuat ke dalam tiga skenario. Skenario I, menggunakan target pertumbuhan ekonomi 6% per tahun dan asumsi ICOR 3,47, maka kebutuhan investasi total selama tahun 2005-2008 adalah sebesar Rp16.208.729 triliun atau rata-rata Rp4.052.182 triliun per tahun; 3. pada skenario II, yaitu menggunakan target pertumbuhan ekonomi 7% per tahun dan asumsi ICOR 3,47, maka kebutuhan investasi total selama tahun 2005-2008 adalah sebesar Rp19.209.122 triliun atau rata-rata Rp4.802.280 triliun per tahun; 4. Target pertumbuhan ekonomi pada skenario III adalah 8% per tahun dan asumsi ICOR 3,47, maka kebutuhan investasi total selama tahun 2005-2008 adalah sebesar Rp22.295.080 triliun atau rata-rata Rp5.573.770 triliun per tahun.

The aim of this study was to calculate value of ICOR, economic growth and GRDP projection, and calculate of investment need in Central Sulawesi Province from the year 2005 to 2008. The data used in this study was time series secondary data from the year of 2000 to 2004: Gross Regional Domestic Product (GRDP) in Central Sulawesi Province, public investment and private investment. The analysis method used ini this study was calculation of ICOR, economic growth and GRDP projection, and calculation of investment need. The results of this study showed that: 1. average value of ICOR in Central Sulawesi Province within the period of 2000 to 2004 was of 3.47, meaning for the improvement of additional one output unit, it was needed an addition of 3.47 modal unit; 2. the need of investment in Central Sulawesi Province set in three scenarios. The first scenario, using economic growth target of 6% per annum and ICOR assumption of 3.47, thus totally investment need during the period of 2005 to 2008 was Rp16,208,729 triliun or average Rp4,052,182 triliun per annum; 3. the second scenario, using economic growth target of 7.00% perannum and ICOR assumption of 3.47, thus totally investment need during the period of 2005 to 2008 was Rp19,209,122 triliun or average Rp4,802,280 triliun per anumm. 4. The economic growth target of this scenario is set on 8.00% per annum and ICOR assumption of 3.47, thus totally investment need during the period of 2005 to 2008 was Rp22,295,080 triliun or average Rp5,573,377 triliun per annum.
