Implementasi model proses inkremental dalam perancangan Sistem Informasi Geografis berbasis Web :: Studi kasus Sistem Informasi Pertanahan di Kabupaten Kulon Progo

Pemanfaatan SIG berbasis web dewasa ini mulai banyak dikembangkan dalam berbagai aplikasi. Salah satu diantaranya adalah perancangan SIG berbasis web di bidang pertanahan, berupa sistem informasi pertanahan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang suatu SIG berbasis web khususnya sistem informasi pertanahan di kabupaten Kulon Progo, dengan mengimplementasikan model proses inkremental sebagai salah satu model proses rekayasa perangkat lunak. Perancangan SIG berbasis web untuk informasi pertanahan ini mengambil obyek penelitian di kabupaten Kulon Progo. Perancangan SIG ini menggunakan beberapa program seperti ArcView, SVG, Adobe Photoshop, Macromedia Dreamweaver, Apache dan MySQL. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa implementasi model proses inkremental dalam perancangan SIG berbasis web untuk sistem informasi pertanahan ini, menghasilkan beberapa inkrement. Sistem informasi pertanahan di kabupaten Kulon Progo terdiri atas empat menu utama yaitu menu Home, menu Informasi, menu Peta, dan menu Buku Tamu. Selain itu, sistem informasi ini juga menyediakan fasilitas pencarian persil dan menu Edit Data Persil bagi administrator

Nowdays, the web based GIS exploiting beginning to start developing for many application. One among them is web based GIS development in land area in the form of land information system. This research aim to develop a web based GIS, especially land information system in the regency of Kulon Progo, by implementing incremental process modelling as one of software engineering models. The development of web based GIS for land information is taking the regency of Kulon Progo as the research object. The development of the GIS is using tools like ArcView, Adobe Photoshop, Macromedia Dreamweaver, Apache and MySQL. The result of this research showed that the incremental process model implementation in web based GIS for land information system resulted a view increments. The information system in Kulon Progo regency consist of four main menus, those are Home menu, Information menu, Map menu and Guest Book menu. Beside that, this information system also provided with land plot searching facility and Land Plot Edit Data menu for administrator.
