Persepsi efektivitas kinerja karyawan ditinjau dari konflik peran ganda isteri dan dukungan sosial rekan kerja :: Penelitian pada Rumah Sakit Islam Siti Khadijah Kota Palembang SUmatera Selatan

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara konflik peran ganda isteri dan dukungan sosial rekan kerja dengan persepsi efektivitas kinerja karyawan pada Rumah Sakit Islam Siti Khadijah Kota Palembang. Pada penelitian ini sampel berjumlah 90 orang yang memenuhi syarat, yaitu 70 karyawan dari bagian nonmedis, 10 karyawan dari bagian penunjang medis, dan 10 karyawan dari bagian medis. Data dikumpulkan melalui tiga skala pengukuran, yaitu skala persepsi efektivitas kinerja karyawan, skala konflik peran ganda isteri, dan skala dukungan sosial rekan kerja. Data dianalisis dengan menggunakan teknik analisis regresi ganda model penuh dan bertahap. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa ada hubungan yang signifikan antara konflik peran ganda isteri dan dukungan sosial rekan kerja terhadap persepsi efektivitas kinerja karyawan (F = 2.952; R2 = 0.064; ρ = 0.028) pada Rumah Sakit Islam Siti Khadijah Kota Palembang. Selanjutnya tidak ada hubungan antara konflik peran ganda isteri dengan persepsi efektivitas kinerja karyawan (r parsial = 0.038, ρ = 0.349) Hasil penelitian ini juga menunjukan ada hubungan positif yang signifikan antara dukungan sosial rekan kerja dengan persepsi efektivitas kinerja karyawan (r parsial = 0.211; ρ = 0.013 (ρ < 0.050) Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan ada hubungan positif yang sangat signifikan konflik antara peran ganda isteri dan dukungan sosial rekan kerja dengan persepsi efektivitas kinerja karyawan pada nonmedis (F = 4.503; R2 = 0.118; ρ = 0.007). Adapun dari hasil uji beda antar kelompok menunjukan ada perbedaan rerata konflik peran ganda isteri antara kelompok nonmedis dan medis (tA1- tA3 sebesar 2.206; ρ = 0.028, dan XA1 = 203.029> XA3 = 1 83.90)

The aim of this study was to examine the relationship between dual career conflict of spouse and social support of colleagues with perception of employee performance effectiveness in Siti Khadijah Islamic Hospital Palembang City. The sample of this study were ninety qualified employees, namely they were seventy employees of nonmedical, ten employees of medical supporter, and ten employees of medical. The data were collected through three scales, namely perception of employee performance effectiveness scale, dual career conflict of spouse scale, and social support of colleagues scale. The data were analysed with regression analysis full model and stepwise. The result showed that there was a significant relationship between dual career conflict of spouse and social support of colleagues with perception of employee performance effectiveness (F = 2.952; R2 = 0.064; ρ = 0.028) in Siti Khadijah Islamic Hospital Palembang City. Further, there was no relationship between dual career conflict of spouse with perception of employee performance effectiveness (r partial = 0.038; ρ = 0.349). The result of this study showed that there was a significant positive relationship between social support of colleagues with perception of employee performance effectiveness (r partial = 0.211; ρ = 0.013 (ρ < 0.050). The result of this study showed that there was very significant relationship of dual career conflict of spouse and social support of spouse with perception of employee performance effectiveness on nonmedical (F = 4.503; R2 = 0.118; ρ = 0.007). However the result from one way analysis variance of (ANOVA) showed that there was a significant mean difference of dual career conflict of spouse among nonmedical and medical (tA1- tA3 = 2.206; ρ = 0.028, and XA1 = 203.029 > XA3 = 1 83.90)
