Pemodelan sistem informasi online produk dan pelayanan pelanggan PT Telkom Kandatel Yogyakarta berbasis peta daerah layanan

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membuat situs web online berbasis peta daerah layanan yang merupakan usulan pengembangan dari evaluasi tiga situs online PT Telkom. Metode yang digunakan adalah dengan membandingkan karakteristik ketiga situs web tersebut berdasarkan pada kriteria IEEE student branch contest, NC ECHO design guide dan bahan ajar rekayasa web TI_UKDW. Hasil perbandingan ini ditindaklanjuti dengan pembuatan pemodelan situs web online menggunakan peta daerah layanan. Pemodelan sudah dapat memunculkan informasi tambahan berupa peta dengan informasi kapasitas siap jual yang berguna untuk melengkapi informasi pasang baru saluran fisik.

The objective of this research was to create an online website model based on map service area. The model will be proposed as suggestion to improve, the three online websites of PT Telkom . The method used in this research is by first comparing the three websites of PT Telkom with IEEE student branch contest, NC ECHO design guide and ”bahan ajar rekayasa web TI_UKDW” criterion. Result of this comparison will be applied with an online website model using map service area. Model has been able to present ready for sale capacity as an additional information on the map to complete an information of new installation process on the wire-line services
